The rest exceeded expectations! The hotel offers excellent conditions for its price:
1. Excellent food, everything is varied and really delicious! Here we got to fully experience the “All inclusive”
2. Nice beach with a great coral reef!
3. Huge rooms and villas, daily cleaning
4. Access to the bar all day
5. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and even on the beach
6. Decent coffee even in the vending machine, and at the reception they generally make grain coffee and it's also quite excellent.
7. You can fully communicate in Russian, all the staff understands it.
Will there be any disadvantages? Yes, but they're from the "problems of white people" series
- the coffee machine on the beach didn't work for a couple of days.
- sometimes burgers and ice cream ran out on the beach, we had to wait for more to arrive 😂
- the transfer to the beach was sometimes packed with people during peak hours, it wasn't very stressful, it only took 3-4 minutes to drive, but the minibus' vibe was present.
- we were within our capabilities in terms of loading the beach, and this is March, that is, in April, May and autumn there will most likely be a crush at the entrance to the sea, in the transfer, there will definitely not be enough sun beds …
- the territory of the hotel is very drafty, there are not particularly any natural barriers in the form of vegetation, so during a windy period it may not be very comfortable to go and spend time by the pool
- the pressure in the shower is not strong enough, the water is very soft, although in the end the hair was washed and not for so long
- we would prefer to take alcohol from duty free, we didn't really like the local one
- some of the staff members did not always behave respectfully, shouted something, and on the first day they threw a cocktail at the pool bar with the words "we are closed." The hotel staff also constantly talk to each other when interacting with guests, it remains to be hoped that they are not discussing vacationers) but there were a minority of them, mostly everyone is friendly
- Animation. It's intrusive and loud, and the organizers have very ancient ideas about it.… I wanted to chill by the pool, at the hookah bar, but because of the volume of the animation, it was impossible. If it is possible to choose rooms away from the main traffic, then I advise you to do so. But then again, who cares, these entertainments also had an audience)
The most important thing is that during the week it turned out to have a very high-quality rest, mainly due to the organization of rest at the hotel! Therefore, we express our gratitude and will definitely come back again.
We were at the hotel in September. I liked everything very much, cool, beautiful, especially for the first time! But... there is a point in the service staff, namely room cleaning. Upon arrival, everything was clear, everything was enough, they cleaned the first 3 days normally (they left a tip every time), but then something went wrong, they wouldn't give you a towel, they wouldn't put juice on, they wouldn't change the bed, although they asked, and the dust was never wiped in the room... becauseThat's a minus one star. And so everything is cool enough, the territory, food, entertainment, the beach (but it would be possible to open a second pier so that people would not choke on one).
In general, I advise you, for the money that it costs, and keep an eye on the service.
