Everything is good, clean, quiet, comfortable, clean towels, excellent location. The minus is the owner's Cane Corso dog, which was often unattended on the terrace, sometimes came into the house. It was scary to walk past her, the master's "she doesn't bite" didn't help.

The cafe at the Riviera hotel is THE MOST DELICIOUS and soulful on the whole coast! We accidentally came in on the first day, we were delighted! Mom cooks, daughter is a waiter, dad is a jack of all trades - he brings food and cleans fish, takes orders in the evening, plays the trumpet and always helps with advice and contacts. We've tried almost all the menus!
Khachapuri, barabula, hashloma, homemade salad, mussels, homemade wine, tangerine juice... everything is a complete delight!!! Fast WiFi is a bonus)

I am writing a review about the Riviera Cafe. It is located on the territory of the guest house, on a separate veranda. The very center of the New iPhone, everything is very close.
The cafe is family-run, the kids help the owners. Everyone is very diligent and friendly. They work quickly and smoothly. We had lunch there 3 times, it seems we tried everything. Absolutely everything is very fresh and very tasty. At the same time, the price-quality ratio is excellent.

A small guest house is almost in the center of New Athos. All local attractions are within walking distance: a waterfall, a cave, a temple, etc. There are many cafes nearby. "It's delicious like mom's" I recommend it separately.
The room stock is small, there will be no fuss when fully filled. There is a terrace, a summer kitchen. The territory is fenced and guarded by a Cane Corso dog. The room has a shower, toilet, wardrobe, bedside tables, TV, bed (or beds). Everything you need is available. Wi-Fi is working. Friendly hosts, always ready to help. The prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend it.

A good house to live in. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Next to the house there is a veranda for the opportunity to have dinner, chat with neighbors. The place of the house is right in the center of New Athos in the nearest access to all the sights. To the sea on foot 5 minutes. I recommend it!!!!

It is located in the center, near the park.there is a parking lot for a car. There are not many rooms, only 11, so there is no unnecessary fuss. There is a terrace with chairs and tables where you can relax in the fresh air. There is a separate kitchen. The room has beautiful new furniture, very comfortable mattresses, wide beds. The linen
is white, perfectly clean.The rooms have everything you need and a bathroom with soft fluffy towels. The audibility between the rooms is like everywhere else... A good host .

The Riviera Guest House is very conveniently located. Within walking distance of the beach, Seaside Park, man-made waterfall, grotto, church and monastery complex of Simon Kananita, souvenir market, shops, pharmacy, cottages of Stalin and Khrushchev.
The Riviera Guest House has a very cozy courtyard, on the territory of which there is a cafe with the same name.
