Good day! We were at this place the other day. What a terrible service. Rude people at the bar. One small pool for so many people. The outdoor bathroom is in terrible condition. You can swim in the bathroom there. I feel sorry for the waitress girls. They listen to the guests' dissatisfaction with the quality of the cuisine. Maybe they just don't have time, but the tables haven't been cleaned since the night. I saw guests who came for a few days, but they had to change the hotel and move to another place.

Terrible service, the condition of the rooms is rubbish!!! The furniture is broken, there are no chandeliers, light bulbs are hanging on wires, there is no refrigerator, there is no TV, there is no kettle!!! There was a fight by the pool last night. Of course, this is an isolated case, but the fact is that the security does not work. Music is playing all over the territory around the clock, it is not possible to sleep. The sun beds on the beach are broken and in small quantities. And for this they ask for 25,000 tenge per day for a double room.

I visited this hotel 11 years ago and it seemed very neat and cozy, clean to me then. This year (it was June 5-6, 21) we went for a weekend with a friend, rented a suite worth 30,000, breakfast included. The room has a burnt floor, cobwebs all around, the balcony probably hasn't been washed since last season. There is not a single hook in the bathroom, the drain is clogged. Honestly, it was sad to see such a decline ((There are only 7 umbrellas on the beach, which are taken out closer to lunch. The deck chairs are almost all broken on the beach (They asked for cups and plates in the room, they were never brought to us. They served naked scrambled eggs for breakfast, and you could also take rice porridge. The bread was obviously stale and dried up. There is dust everywhere in the kitchen. The pool bar sells only beer, water and juice. In general, you can write a lot (( The hotel itself is very literate, with beautiful terraces, close to the water. But there is practically no service. As there are no attachments apparently. It costs like in a good hotel in Turkey, but the service is ours. You decide for yourself, but for example with small children, I would not recommend it there.

The cuisine is delicious, the prices are restaurant, the staff are smart-ass (like everywhere else, so count the checks!). The view from the window to Kapchagai is beautiful, the water is warm, but at the time of our visit, the water level fell by 2 meters and moved away from the previous boundaries by 20 meters, exposing the bottom. The beach was not well maintained, which is a minus. Two long pontoons in Roman style, with restaurants and carousing until morning). So it's just right for those who like to hang out.

The hotel is already tired: standard room : the wall lamp does not work, there is no hot water, no kettle, no glasses either, the mattress and the bed are broken. There are dead mosquitoes on the walls. The beach is rocky, 4 umbrellas for the entire beach. The sun beds are all broken, the pool is normal. The cafe on the territory is also average. I would like to wish you to be more attentive to the service. I would like to recommend it. But no. We won't go back there.

Further, at the reception, no less kind aunt Svetlana, from the beginning to the smallest details, conducts a consultation, pronounced professionalism takes place. The room is standard, in all respects it corresponds (towels, toothbrushes, CLEANLINESS, etc.) okey, Goody!) the territory is spacious, there is order. Security is working. The pool is clean, the sun beds are covered, there is a bar next to it; the prices are adequate, and in general the kitchen is good, beer is 500-600 tenge a mug, I appreciate the service highly. The waiters are young and nimble, the admin controls them. I would like to mention the bartender with an assistant and Asela with Gizat. Of the cons: they do not sell chechil or chips separately, it goes in a set (Kurt and a lot of things are there, but he did not consider it advisable, he rested with his wife, I could not do it alone). I am writing a comment at 21:59. There are 3-4 locations on the territory: a swimming pool with a bar, a little further there are trestles, even further there is a pier with tables like a summer house, and a beach with a volleyball court everywhere is in order, and once again the boys with girls (waiters) everywhere every time they drive away your leisure interest;), they take care of... in fact, I have never written reviews in my life, the atmosphere of a high vacation took over, there is still half a day before the estimated time, well, nothing))). Additionally: people come just for a day, the entrance for what I do not know seems to be normal prices, guys with an aggressive attitude and excessive lack of manners were not observed. Selected background music is playing, giving a feeling of summer.
