A very cozy hotel. In the historical place of the city. The main attractions and parks are within walking distance. We were with a child, so it was convenient to get to the park with a playground. We spent a few days at the hotel. Wonderful staff, which makes your stay at the hotel truly very comfortable. Kid
I broke the safe, fixed everything and treated it calmly. Thanks to absolutely every administrator and all employees. It is people who make a place, and here I was once again convinced of this.
I really wish I could write it differently, but food is definitely not the strong point of a hotel restaurant. Maybe we can work on the menu, that would be wonderful.
A very pleasant hotel. Wonderful location, opposite the famous Dry Bridge. The staff is polite and friendly. They respond quickly to problems that arise. I highly recommend it
My friends. I will immediately write that I want to share my impressions not about the hotel, but about visiting the Tiffany Terrace in this hotel. I apologize if I spoil the impression for someone.
My wife and I made our way here a couple of evenings. She read a lot about this wonderful place and we wanted to spend our anniversary there. It didn't work out. Sorry.
However, this is not about us, but about the kitchen of the hotel. The terrace menu is designed for you to have a nice time with friends. For a light snack that does not burden the stomach and wallet. Snacks, salads and desserts, cocktails.
I repent. It's your own fault. I was hoping for a meeting with Georgian cuisine, but it didn't happen. You need to read where you're going...
However, there were still several dishes on the menu that we paid attention to, with which the fine Georgian wine ordered here had to be combined.
They made a mistake. I was served overcooked and microwave-heated yesterday's meat 5 minutes before serving, which they tried to hide under melted cheese. By the way, it was the most delicious thing served on the table. Five minutes later, the wife was brought shrimp in black batter. She didn't touch it, I tried it and realized that I wouldn't push my luck. Dentists are expensive today. Has anyone cooked anything in batter? Will you have a dish cold and dry in five minutes? Microwave to help them. We didn't take our impressions with us. We shared them with the waiter. Apparently they will apologize and invite those responsible for all this nastiness is not accepted among them. They didn't apologize. There are more negative impressions than positive ones. I will say one thing. This is the only disappointment of visiting a beautiful city, country. We will definitely come back here again. But not to this hotel with this terrace.
A good English-style hotel, only the rooms are large and there is a possibility of access to the balcony. There is a nice bar on the top floor where you can have a delicious and satisfying meal with a bottle of white wine.
The room is stuffy and the smell of dampness, but it is compensated by a beautiful old balcony (but it is shared by several rooms). Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was a three-course meal, every day it felt like they had collected everything from yesterday's table. Everything is cold, piled up in one pile, it looks completely unappetizing.
The location is not bad, close to the center, but the hotel is located at a crossroads, it is not very convenient to approach it across the road. The room is nice, comfortable, everything is there, but the floor was renovated in other rooms, it was a little noisy. Excellent breakfasts, friendly staff.
An excellent hotel located not far from the historical center of the city. It's not the first time I've stayed there and I like everything, from the interior of the rooms, the staff to the kitchen. Honestly, I have not tried lunch and dinner, for breakfast at a height. There is everything, even for gourmets!!))
One of the best hotels visited in recent years. The ideal location is a minute's walk from the center, 5 minutes from the shopping center and the opera, you can sleep peacefully. There are two large parks nearby. The pleasant and helpful staff is a pleasure. The room is clean and comfortable with a large bathroom, and most importantly quiet - the noise insulation is at a height. A comfortable large bed and a large veranda. Comfortable pillows. There is a kettle and a coffee machine in the room. Breakfast at Tiffany is very tasty with a large selection of goodies. I highly recommend the terrace at the hotel. Next time in Tbilisi, we will definitely stay at this place.

A very good and at the same time relatively inexpensive boutique hotel. The spacious rooms have high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. A very varied breakfast, including both European standard and Georgian dishes. Two restaurants, one of them on the roof, both delicious
A very good hotel, the rooms are comfortable and cozy, with balconies and a beautiful view of the city. A big plus is the free breakfast. The staff is very helpful and sociable.
Purely for luck, we got on the phone to a guy who spoke poorly, but at least understood Russian, and made a reservation. Upon check-in, he was cheerful and adequate, but "sorry, your room was not for 320 GEL, there is more expensive for 450". It smelled like divorce. Okay, we checked in for 2 nights (the cleaning was done the next day only after our reminder). There are no complaints about the room itself and the interior of the hotel. Classic style, high ceilings (building in the old center), clean, excellent plumbing. The windows faced the street with a lot of traffic, but there were double windows and doors to the balcony, so there was complete silence inside. The breakfast is average by choice, but we ate enough. The girl at the distribution speaks excellent Russian and is friendly, managed to put, clean the dishes and explain the dishes. And everything would be fine, but when we were evicted, they tried to brazenly cheat us. We took some food and drinks from the minibar and honestly said about them, they say, how much is it from us. To which the girl at the reception just hung up and couldn't count 3 digits. She didn't understand a word of Russian, they sent the cleaner to check the room, she reported that we ate 3 more chocolates, which, by the way, were not there at all. 15 minutes of clarification, they paid for the fact that they had consumed the price from the ceiling and, without receiving either an apology or goodbye, they spat and left. The hotel itself is good, but the sediment remains.
