A spacious hall, only 4 floors with an elevator, a huge dining space with a terrace on the street and by the pool, as well as indoors - there was always a place to eat and you didn't have to wait. Russian Russian is partially understood by the staff, and the girls at the reception are completely Russian and have never refused help or advice. The view from the room was unlucky - it was on the next corner of the hotel, but as I said, it doesn't matter to me. The room itself is clean, spacious, and the cleaning was done every day. There was a hair dryer in the room, "soap and soap", except for paste and a brush, a safe and a refrigerator were paid and quite expensive, which was disappointing because everything was free in the hotel in Asia. Also, the operator forgot to tell me about another type of outlet and I had to buy them at the reception because they did not have a lease. There was an adult swimming pool on the territory and a "paddling pool" next to it, but it seemed to me that the adult pool was not heated. There was an ironing room and a small playground. As a result, I was satisfied with the hotel, minor problems did not spoil the rest.

The most amazing hotel in Ayia Napa🔥Everything is great in it💯💯💯 breakfasts/dinners are all delicious👌 Meat of different types, everything is fresh. Great music!The beautiful style of the hotel! Professionals work in their field - all are friendly and responsive. Excellent coordinated work of the hotel staff. The hotel is in the very center, near the street of bars, shopping. Sea - 7 min. Nissi beach is 15 min by bus/ 7 min by taxi. You can visit many attractions yourself by taking a bus or renting a car. I hope to return 💯💯💯 and only to this hotel !

We were at this hotel from September 10 to September 16, 2022. The hotel was chosen based on reviews and did not lose. The hotel is gorgeous, all the reviews I read turned out to be true. The hotel is new, as we were told, it is 3-4 years old, everything is new, not patched, everything works, does not creak and does not fall off. The rooms are large, bright, modern, the whole hotel is very stylish, I am not a fan of pretentiousness, mine is minimalism and high-tech, a separate respect for designers. The staff is very friendly, everyone smiles, tries to help,solve all the issues, and even if something is not allowed, they try to find a compromise. The girls at the reception are Russian-speaking, very nice and friendly, they will answer any questions, they will always help. The cleaning at the hotel is excellent, everything is sparkling. We are in the morning (when our room was usually cleaned)they hung up a sign - do not disturb, they thought that they would not clean our place anymore, but the girl came later and cleaned up, reported tea, coffee, cream, shampoo and so on. A separate song is the hotel restaurant. It's a fairy tale, it's so delicious. European breakfasts: scrambled eggs, omelette,hard-boiled and soft-boiled eggs,porridge,cold and hot milk,muesli, three types of sausages,two types of bacon, about four types of cheese,sausage,greens,vegetables, fruits,beans,toast,jams,honey,pastries,delicious coffee to choose from,juices,water watermelon and lemon. Dinners are like in a good, expensive restaurant. All kinds of meat, fish, a sea of fruits, about 5 types of cheese, including halumi,red chedar,white chedar,cheese with mold perfectly went with honey, pears and grapes. In short, it cannot be described, it must be tried. What else I liked is that there is no hustle in the restaurant, there are always places, there is enough for everyone.The location of the hotel is great, everything is nearby. If you go to the pier with yachts, then there are shallow stones, and if you walk a little along the beach, then there is a beautiful beach, without stones, with a normal approach. Nearby there is a municipal shower, toilet and access to the city, it takes about 7 minutes to walk to the hotel without hurrying. There were always free sun beds by the pool in the hotel, everything was new, not rolled up. We fell in love with this hotel and if there is such an opportunity, we will definitely return to it.
