Amazing stay, with wonderful hospitality. You ask them anything, and they'll remember and go over and beyond to make sure you are attended to and comfortable.
They have free parking so that's another plus if you're renting.

I stayed for 4 nights.
The hotel is small, but very cozy.
Everything is new and fresh.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, mini-bar. There are gels and shampoo in the showers. The water pressure is sufficient. There is a TV, Internet connection. The bed is made with nice white satin linens
The breakfast is varied, there are dishes and snacks for every taste. Every day, something new. There are juices, water, tea. The dining room is small, but there is no queue, there were enough places for everyone. Breakfast starts at 8:30.
The location is convenient - it takes 15-20 minutes on foot to the central square.
After the check-out, you can leave your things at the reception to take a walk.

We were at the hotel just in time for Christmas 2025. A lovely little hotel. It's clean and cozy. The rooms are cleaned somehow unobtrusively and carefully. Apparently, they feel what we specifically need for comfort, and somehow everything appears by itself. You don't even have to ask for anything. The staff is very attentive! The girl who met us on the day of our arrival called all the nearby restaurants to book a table for us for Christmas and we successfully met, thanks to her, with my niece from St. Petersburg. The young man at the reception also helped us with everything! Thank you so much for our stay at the hotel!

I did not attend breakfast.
One of the disadvantages was the window facing the road and it was very noisy. The double-glazed window is thin and does not protect from noise. The shower in my room was far from the most comfortable.

A great place, a bit of a wild neighborhood among the hardware stores. But it's a 10-minute walk to the center.
Good breakfasts (coffee is brewed on request), quiet, everything is quite new.
There were problems with the water temperature - hot water was being squeezed into a cold pipe somewhere along the riser.

The hotel is located in a new separate building, a 10-minute walk from the Vernissage. Stylish design in the rooms and common areas. The room was very clean and had everything you need: water, kettle, hairdryer, slippers, dental kits, air conditioning, wireless charging in the bedside lamps. Spacious bathroom. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. I liked the hospitality of the staff, at breakfast, we met chef Amalia. The breakfast is hearty, everyone will find something to their taste. Good wifi! There is nothing to find fault with - 10 out of 10! We will definitely stop again and advise our friends!

The hotel is located in the central part of the city. Near the central market, grocery stores, mini market, exchange offices, 10-15 minutes to the center. He was attracted primarily by the appearance, cleanliness inside, comfort and attention of the staff. We were settled very quickly, the reception staff immediately arranged for a good rest with their smile, at our request they settled next to our friends. The rooms are bright, new climate systems have been installed, the furniture is new, the bed and mattress are comfortable. The bathroom has everything you need, shampoo, soap and gels in convenient large packages with dispensers. Room cleaning is of high quality. Breakfasts in her own cafe, where the hostess Amalia, with her smile, hospitality and quality of food, simply charmed. I created a great mood for everyone in the morning! The hotel staff, taking maximum care, even offered us an open cafe on the roof of the hotel for evening gatherings with coffee! Special thanks for this and the speedy opening of the institution, because the view from the roof is beautiful!

From 16.05 to 22.05.24. as part of a Large tour of Armenia, we were accommodated at the Revive Hotel.
The hotel is not located in the best place in the city, where there are many shops with building materials, but immersed in the atmosphere of this nice and cozy hotel, you forget about it. The hotel is brand new, the staff, starting with the receptionist Maryam, is very kind and attentive to the wishes of the guests. At the first request, we received immediate assistance, early breakfast was postponed for 30 minutes before the official opening of the restaurant. Many thanks to the chef Amalia and the wonderful Lola, the meeting with whom brought us joy every morning. The morning began with smiles and freshly brewed coffee by Amalia. A friendly and even family stop.
After 3 days of staying at the hotel, our linen was replaced, towels were provided if necessary, the rooms are always clean, snow-white towels and linen, illuminated mirrors, a minibar.
They said goodbye as if they were family. For a short time, this hotel became our family, where we were loved and waited for. And we pay them back.

A cozy and modern hotel, a fairly convenient location.
Wonderful staff - thanks to Gayana and Mariam.
Booking is no problem, Gayane's manager was always in touch and answered all questions.
Delicious and varied breakfasts - thanks to chef Amalia Alekseevna for this, as well as for interesting communication!

We had a rest with the company. The rooms are nice and clean. The view of the hotel is modern. Close to the center, 10 minutes on foot. Breakfast is funny. There is no variety at all, men will definitely be hungry. Instant coffee. There is no coffee machine. Booking a room with breakfast does not make sense. It is better to go to the coffee shop for 10 minutes

Positive:A new hotel, which is not even a year old yet. Clean, good room design that matches the photo. Comfortable beds.
Cons: the boorish madam at the reception persistently asked to cancel the reservation for Booking.com upon entry, because "we don't want to pay them a commission." And pay them directly. On my argument that the booking office would write off a fine for canceling the reservation on the day of arrival, she began to argue with me, proving that I was wrong. It came to her that I would not cancel anything only after 3 of my refusals.
Room service is incomplete: no one will replace your cup with a clean one if you drank tea in the room in the evening. Apparently, we had to wash it ourselves. After changing the towels, they did not give out a foot towel and bathrobes. No one made the bed. No one left two bottles of water in the room, so I had to run to a nearby store.
Location: yes, close to the center- 10 minutes on foot.
