It is in perfect condition for a hotel built in the early 2000s. The rooms after renovation look fresher and better than my brother's in Dubai. A huge disadvantage is the beach next to the reservoir. The sand is good, the water is knee-deep, and the feeling is uncomfortable. Returning to the comparison with the Dubai Ritz, where the beach and service are standard, it does not stand up to any comparison. The pool area is excellent, a cool fitness room, a cozy spa. Excellent cuisine, with an ever-changing kitchen. I definitely recommend you to visit, but given that it is impossible to use the beach here, only the pool. The final score is still 8.5-8.7 out of 10 because of the beach

Excellent hotel, convenient location. A little tired, but compensated by the work of the staff. The service is great. The beach is off to the side, 2 minutes by golf cart, but the bottom is covered with clay, not very pleasant. It's a good place.
