There is no point in buying a voucher for 300 rubles. for breakfast at the Vershina restaurant, because you will still have to pay extra. And the restaurant is open from 09.00, and not from 07.00 as stated.
The hotel is not for those who are used to European comfort and high service. However, the location of the hotel more than overcomes all its disadvantages.

A great hotel, the rooms are good, the furniture is tired, of course, but this does not spoil the impression of the hotel, the view from the window is excellent, all the sights are nearby, you left the hotel - and you are already on the promenade. I took off one star for having to ask the maid to clean the room every time. I am not a picky person, but I would like to have the trash taken out and toilet paper refilled. Pay attention to those who have health problems: there is no elevator, go up to the room exclusively on foot by stairs, count your strength. I boldly recommend it if you are not confused by the described nuances

A historical place, the location is ideal, the main street of Sukhumi. The bullshit shop is opposite. Go out in the morning, have a cup of coffee, looking at the sea. What else is needed? The rooms are not bad, they need updating. Everything is compensated by the location, the embankment, the Brekhalovka, the sun, the sea. I recommend.
