Positive:
+ excellent location: away from the noise, while everything is nearby.
+ spacious rooms.
+ hot water is normal.
+ a good dining room downstairs: delicious, fast, the guys are all friendly, they accept cards for payment.
Cons:
- the mattress is spring-loaded, and these springs are noticeable: I'm leaving a little bit without a back.
- a cockroach was spotted. Although in general the building and the room itself are very clean.
- the cleaning was strange: it definitely was, because an additional roll of paper appeared and the trash was replaced, but the bed was not fixed, nothing else at all.
In general, it's a great option, we will definitely come again.

A good hotel with a price-quality ratio👍🏼 The location of the hotel is quite convenient, 7 minutes on foot through a beautiful forest and you are by the sea. There is a gym, a dining room (unfortunately we could not get there, because it was out of season and it was closed), the rooms are clean and beautiful. A very pleasant and hospitable owner who was always ready to help in any situation and was kind throughout our stay at this hotel. There is a shop at the bottom of the hotel, which is also quite convenient) In general, the hotel is definitely top, I recommend it

We had a rest in August 2024. Quite a decent hotel. Clean, regular cleaning and change of bed linen. The room has everything you need, a comfortable bed. The staff is friendly. From the wishes: put a grid on the window. Conveniently, there is a decent dining room and a small shop in the same building. It's not far from the sea. We recommend it.

A classic small hotel near the center. The wild beach is an 8-minute walk away. The room is large, comfortable bed, shampoo/shower gel, kettle and refrigerator in the room. Decent bed linen and towels, good water pressure, photos correspond to reality.
Among the disadvantages: in a room without a balcony there is little space for storing and drying things (a small dryer in the bathroom only, 3 hangers for 2 and several small shelves), there are not enough plates and cutlery in the room (for example, to cut and eat a melon), carpet on the floor (dust collector), view from the window a car for the store is unloading on the dumpster below (noisy). The administrator cannot always be found

The hotel is clearly not for those who plan to relax and there are a number of reasons for this:
1. There is nowhere to dry things, there is not even a clothes dryer, things were dried on the "balcony" if it is fashionable to call it that.
2. The ventilation does not work in the bathroom
3. There is no sound insulation at all, we heard the neighbors from all sides. There are also doors that overlook the balcony, through which noise from the street can be heard.
According to the noise, since the window faced the street, the audibility of all passing noisy cars, taxi drivers and other personalities is unbearable. It was hard to fall asleep from this noise.
In the room itself there are cobwebs in the corners and on the chandelier, spiders. The mattress is spring-loaded, which also does not give comfort to rest. As well as the gym, which is located on the top floor, God forbid you sleep on the 3rd floor, you will listen to all the sounds from the hall.
At the reception, a girl who is not always in place, when checking in, did not make a concession about checking in 2 hours ahead of schedule, that's fine, but then, after waiting at the entrance with things for these couple of hours, going back into the room, I did not find a girl who went about her business knowing that people should check in with her…
The hotel does not pull in the stated cost of living at 5000 rubles / day, rather 2500.
I was dissatisfied with the accommodation. Think for yourself.

Excellent hotel, everything is brand new, very clean, cleaned every day. Good repair, fresh towels. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer, sachet with shampoo and gel, soap. The whole room is carpeted! We were in winter - it was heated by a split system, we did not freeze. The water is hot through the boiler, it has always been, the plumbing is all perfect! There is Parking, the location is very convenient, there is a shop downstairs with everything you need! We really liked it, only pleasant impressions!

A wonderful Hotel!
I had previously booked a room personally through the owner, very competent, polite, adequate communication, sent a voucher for the reservation, personally promised that everything would be fine. We went to his concert, it was amazing!
I want to say that the staff is at the highest level, they change the linen, they respond to all requests at once, soap, shampoos are enough (at least buy).
The rooms have everything that is listed on the website.
Everything is clean, cozy, and comfortable.
The coolest thing is, it's also a gym, it's a real luxury for Pitsunda-dumbbells and all the equipment is clean, new, not broken.
At the exit on the left and right, the dining room and the store are perfect!
By the way, the dining room is one of the best in the city in my opinion-no flies, no dirt, cozy, refrigerators, trays, food is always fresh, not expensive.

And a very big plus of the hotel is its own grocery store where you can pay with a card. It's a bomb. in the whole pitsunda, payment in the store is only in cash. You can arrange a transfer with the owner, the price is the same for everyone, it depends on where to take them. The hotel is new, comfortable, nice to spend time inside, bed linen but carpet. In general, I recommend it. Because you should not overpay at other hotels. Enjoy your stay.
