One of the best hotels in Abkhazia. Excellent staff, delicious breakfasts, nice rooms with modern renovation and furnishings. We had a room on the 5th floor with a view of the gorge, a bomb view! All this adds up to a super impression of the hotel. We walked to the sea, although we arrived in Abkhazia by car, not far and not for long, there are few people on the beaches, there are several restaurants and cafes along the way for any purse.
In the hotel itself, we had 490 rubles per person for breakfast at the key. The main menu is also fine.
After RIT, we went to Sukhum, too, to a new hotel, there is a great lack of Rit comfort.

A good hotel, it's a pity there is no elevator and it's far from the sea, it takes 20-30 minutes to walk. But the view from the window is one of the best in the world!There is a swimming pool, but without heating, but in September it is still tolerable, I swam on September 22 at 9 pm. There are several cafes and shops of medium quality nearby.The room itself is very clean, the linen and even the mattress are snow-white and comfortable. There is a kettle, cups, tea, sugar.There are many channels on the TV, the Internet is normal. There is also an Abaata Fortress and a mosaic maze within a half-hour walk.

IT WAS A COMPLETE MESS! So I booked a luxury suite on the third floor, I read the reviews! I finally got there with three children, one of whom is a crawling baby. We go into the room, hooray, wow, tired! The room is beautiful! Let's go to the curtains, open them! And we just start yelling!!! The eldest child ran out of the hotel in a panic, he just had a panic attack! THERE ARE HUGE THREE-CENTIMETER BUGS ALL OVER THE ROOM!!! but the most interesting thing is that it was no surprise to either the receptionist or the woman with the vacuum cleaner! They have a spring bloom there! There are dead bugs on all the stairwells, on the floor in the room, under the sofa, the living ones are hanging on the curtains! The kid almost ate a bug that had already withered!
We were offered another suite to look at! We give this hotel a chance, we go in. It looks clean. At least they don't lie on the floor. We open the curtains, and there are 10 pieces on each curtain again!!!!!
WE JUST RAN FROM THERE! Fortunately, they booked through the island, they refunded the money after they found out the situation!!!

Rit was our final location in Abkhazia. We rested in Rita for 3 nights. I liked everything: the location, the room, the pool, a quiet rest. It took about 15 minutes to walk to the sea and it didn't bother me at all. You can walk along the gorge, but preferably in comfortable shoes, there are horse rides. You can eat at the hotel or there are 2 cafes nearby (they are rustic, but quite tasty), you can walk to the Abbaat's teahouse and beyond.

We had a family vacation from 23.07-30.07.24 in a 4-bed apartment, 51 rooms
It feels like the hotel is new, many little things were thought out by the owners, it is very pleasantly
Located in the mountains, the silence and birdsong were an amazing addition after a busy day; the sea is about 12~13 minutes on foot, it is very nice that the beach provides free sun loungers and umbrellas from the hotel! 🏖️
The kitchen is excellent, the cheesecakes are very tasty, even if sometimes they could bring something burnt, they kindly changed everything. Unfortunately, the administrator Nurik did not warn us that the phrase - breakfast included - implies a limit of 490 rubles (enough for tea, cheesecakes and sausages). If we hadn't asked the waiter ourselves, doubting the prices, we would have received a rather big bill on departure. Unfortunately, the sausages began to bring absolutely bland, although the waiter said that the goods did not change, but we stopped taking them.
We ordered pizza by the pool, it was really great, thanks to the chef for that 🙏🏼
We take off the star for the spoiled impression - the lack of proper cleaning in our room ❌
By our arrival, the room was not ready to move in - dirty floors (everything stuck to our feet), lack of bed linen and even a spread-out sofa for the paid 3rd guest; we kindly asked the administrator Nurik to correct the situation and clean the room while we were at sea, but upon return - the situation with the floor did not change at all - they held white napkins in the center of the room and by the bed (no far corners were even touched) - the napkins turned black.
Dissatisfied cleaners came up to the room, instead of regretting the situation, there were complaints that "our working day is over" at 21 o'clock, as well as the answer to the question why it was not possible to wash after at least the first request - "why do I have to report?" Twice before our arrival and at our request It was not possible to wash the floors, but it was possible to move people into a room worth 15-19 thousand rubles per day. Neither the hotel nor the staff themselves brought any apologies, it remains to be hoped that the other smaller rooms have a better attitude.
Let's hope that the management will turn their attention to the staff who cleans the rooms so that the impression is not overshadowed, and there are no fears for your vacation, and I would like to return to you again 🙏🏼

A great hotel. New and clean. I liked everything very much, the staff was good. Yes, it's a long way to the sea, but the most important thing is to walk in the shade and in the cool. Since there is a river near the gorge, from which a cool breeze always blows.
The sea is very clean and warm, the hotel has its own beach and sun beds.
The pizza at the hotel is really delicious, I advise everyone to try it

We ate in the Abaat Tea House, I advise everyone, it's delicious and not expensive.

Lovely hotel, fresh renovation, cleanliness, no mold in the bathroom (an important point for me!!), beautiful view! Silence (there is no music, activity, shouting, tourists in large numbers). Delicious breakfasts! In 10 minutes the Seaside Park and the sea.
Of the small shortcomings that are easy to correct in order to increase comfort: to put dryers (there were no dryers in our room, it was inconvenient:( ), make shelves in the dressing room niche (it is also inconvenient without them, there are only a few hangers). Upon arrival, there was no sofa in our room (although we warned that with children) and there was no kettle. But everything was done promptly)
There are no elevators, we lived on the 5th floor. Perceived it as cardio exercise))) but maybe it will be important to someone.

Just 100 out of 100 pleasant staff , they caught rotovirus in Abkhazia (as it turned out , this is normal ) they helped us and gave us a polysorb , and the thermometer was very clean , the rooms are gorgeous with all amenities , we will definitely come back again 😀

We lived in Sukhumi and this point was already intermediate. If you are without a car and for a long time, it is not the best option. It is far from the sea and the road is tense, there is no sidewalk, cars are driving, dirt, garbage and landfill are everywhere. A mountain river flows into the sea, the sea is cool in this part and very clean. The beach line is not wide, keep in mind. The sun beds are very close. The hotel is wonderful, the staff is very friendly. The cafe is delicious and clean.

Positive:
1) excellent administration and friendly owner;
2) the rooms are new, made NOT just from cheap materials and furniture, but straight good furniture, good bed, appliances.
3) in the room there is a kettle, tea pairs, wine glasses, water glasses, refrigerator. There are 2 sets of towels in the bathroom, hairdryer, underfloor heating. There is a dryer on the balcony. Iron and ironing board on each floor.
4) Cleanliness. In the room, in the bathroom. Cleaning is done every day and the bed is changed every 3 days.
5) Silence. The neighbors don't scream and their children don't either, no one slams doors or stomps. I don't know, maybe we were so lucky.
Minuses:
1) The sea is far away. About 15 minutes on foot. Yes, through a beautiful gorge, but still. This is not even a minus, if you want the sea close, choose a hotel closer.
2) Nutrition. Lack of breakfast:(There are cafes and canteens nearby, but they bought meat and potatoes there and it became clear that they did not want to eat there. The portions are small, and the deep-fried oil for potatoes has not changed for a long time. There is an Abaat Restaurant and an Abaat Tea House within a 10-minute walk. That's where the food and dishes are delicious and right at a very good level.
3) If you want fun, music and entertainment, then you definitely need to look at this part of the city for living. All the traffic is in the park, near the market, but not here.
Overall, a very good impression of the hotel. If you need peace and quiet, then that's it.

We drove the whole length and breadth of Abkhazia. So the opinion about this hotel is the best) This is the best hotel in Abkhazia! The rooms are very clean, spacious and cozy. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is located in a picturesque gorge. It will take you at least 15 minutes to get to the sea. But this is nothing, because of the special clean air in this wonderful place, you do not get tired at all! The hotel is well-maintained, spacious rooms, nice clean toilet, nice bed, very clean. The view from the window is mesmerizing. The hotel has a simple but delicious, almost homemade cuisine. Dishes of Abkhazian cuisine are served. I really enjoyed my time at the hotel.

We had a rest with our family at this hotel. We highly recommend it! Clean, cozy, there is a dining room downstairs (very tasty hot pita bread, cappuccino).
The reception is very nice and civil (as in Turkey). There are tables and swings nearby on the street, we had breakfast there. The rooms are very cozy, everything is new and clean.
We highly recommend you to visit!

We went to have lunch with the family, to a restaurant, it's a nightmare, they even managed to surpass the street shish kebab, at least it was delicious, and then it was bad, I ordered a hodgepodge, this is the worst thing I ate in Abkhazia!!!! Hello everyone We recommend that you consider the small but cozy Rit Hotel when choosing a hotel. It is located at the very beginning of the Gagra, the Joekvar gorge. Some interior details can be seen to have been selected with love and taste. My wife and I really liked it there. Polite, simple, receptionist girls. The owner of the hotel is a pleasant woman, all business, but with attention to guests.
I would like to draw the attention of the management to the updating of bed linen. Our bed was made as it should be, but the bedclothes with stains, apparently, are no longer displayed.
The room was cleaned every day.
In general, everything is cool!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, passing through as part of a trip to Abkhazia. On all points, you can put a solid and full 10 points out of five)! Excellent staff. The rooms are good, everything is working, freshly renovated, swimming pool. The maids will definitely not leave you in the mud: they constantly monitor whether it is possible to clean up while you are away. Affordable prices in the restaurant. Delicious. Chefs change, which is why the same dish can be different. For example, a chicken chop or fried potatoes. I recommend trying the hodgepodge. This is not a hodgepodge in the usual sense of a Russian, not sour soup with pickled cucumbers, lemon, olives. No, it's a hefty, rich meat soup, with lots of meat strips. Like kharcho, but without rice. Of the pizzas - four cheeses and a margarita top. Feijoa compote is a favorite.
It is located some distance from the sea, about 5-10 minutes on foot. When going to the beach, do not cross the road - there is a passage under the bridge to the right of the shops. It is better to walk there, as there are constantly puddles in the underpass, it smells, it is dark and dirty.
Periodically (almost once a day), electricity is completely lost in the entire area. For about a minute or two.

We stayed at this hotel in early September 2022. I really liked the location, in the gorge, the mountain air, silence, solitude with nature. The rooms were cleaned every day.We ate at the Tea House, a 15-minute walk from our hotel.The sea is also 15 minutes away.Sometimes the lights were turned off, not for long. We walked up the mountain in the gorge, along the whole way there is a mountain river, memorable impressions.I recommend the hotel to visit.

It's a bit far to the sea, but we were in April, we came to walk and see Gagra, so the distance to the sea was not important. There is also a cafe in the hotel. Pizza is cooked there very tasty!

I liked the hotel. I also love such small but good-quality hotels abroad.
So for us the advantages are:
- the hotel is in the gorge, which means the coolness, silence and beauty of the mountains around
- there is a river near the hotel and it sounds lulling
- 1 km from the hotel there is a beach with free sun loungers and paid umbrellas. We liked this beach more than the city one, because there are a minimum of motorcycles and bananas in it and you can make the longest swims
- the hotel has a cafe downstairs, we often had breakfast and dinner there. They bring the menu to the room. There are drinks and alcohol too.
- the hotel is new, well-maintained, pleasant interior, cleaning every day.
- employees are trying, positive
In general, the hotel covered all our needs.
We really like it to be quieter and have fewer people - we got that too. It's not our place at all in novaya Gagra) Let's go back) We wish prosperity to the hotel!

We were at this hotel from October 14 to 17, 2023. We booked a room with breakfast in advance. However, upon arrival, the administrator informed that their kitchen has not been working since October 01. Why this was not notified in advance is obvious: after all, in that case we would most likely have refused to stay at this hotel. And so we had to move in, because we were tired from the road, found ourselves in an unfamiliar country. The administrator informed us that we should cancel the reservation at a well-known online booking site. I refused to do it. Then they informed the site that we allegedly did not arrive. The hotel staff seemed to us not friendly and not customer-oriented. And on the day of departure from the hotel during our absence in the room, money was stolen from us, hidden at the bottom of a packed backpack. The hotel administration refused to conduct an internal investigation into the circumstances of the loss of money and to compensate for the damage caused.

We had a rest at the hotel in the middle of August!
I was pleasantly surprised by the staff, all the hotel staff are very polite and helpful!
The room was booked standard for two, through Booking , absolutely everything corresponds to the stated!
The room is clean, wet cleaning was done every day, bed linen and towels were replaced every two days (a very nice girl who cleaned)!
The hotel is located near the sea, sun beds and umbrellas are provided from the hotel!
If you go to
Abkhazia, then only in RIT!!!
I recommend it to everyone, you will definitely be satisfied!!!

There were 2 days. The hotel is great. The interior is stylish. The room is large. Sound insulation is normal. Fast wifi. The room is well renovated, new furniture, high-quality doors, modern Grohe plumbing, toilet lid with door closer, underfloor heating in the room and bathroom, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, curtains black out, mattress elastic, bed linen is good, it creaks from cleanliness (only blankets are not tucked into duvet covers and there was one hole), the towels are chic (thick, absorb well), individual hygiene items in a beautiful box with a toothbrush, durable slippers with the inscription "Black Sea", double-glazed windows are solid, darkened. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the mountains, a table and two chairs, a clothes dryer. The side is not sunny, just relax in the cool. There are not enough nightlights (and in general, the room is a little dark, I would like more lighting) and hooks in the bathroom. There was no liquid soap in the dispenser. A knife, a corkscrew, and appliances are needed in the room. An iron with a board is shared in the hallway. The hall downstairs is large, there are a lot of soft sofas. Everything is clean and bright. There's also a cafe, delicious pizza. There are tables and rocking chairs outside. There is a parking lot. The staff is friendly. A pleasant surprise was the free sunbeds on the beach. The location is not very good, in the area of the old Hague. But the beach is great - quiet, calm, clean, the sea is straight transparent. The weather really let us down, it was cool, there was heavy rain with a thunderstorm at night. The big disadvantage is that instead of a centralized water supply there is a boiler that heats up for more than an hour. The most annoying thing is that no one warned about this, it is not written anywhere. We waited a long time for the room to be cleaned upon check-in and without waiting went to the beach, we could turn on the boiler for our arrival. It is not immediately clear how to turn it on. I should have left, but you're sitting there waiting for the water to heat up. At night, the boiler also turns off by itself, so in the morning I had to wait again for an hour until it warms up. The cleaner opened the room with her key at 10 a.m. without knocking, we did not hang a sign asking us to clean up. It's very strange, but if we walk around the room naked?! The cleaning lady herself is very friendly. I would have liked to stay longer, but everything was booked. I have not seen a better hotel in all of Abkhazia. There are minor flaws, but these are small things.
