The apartments matched exactly what I was looking for — clean, calm, and thoughtfully designed. Everything worked, nothing distracted. I had space to focus, rest, and feel at ease. Would return without thinking twice.

Hello everyone I stayed from 24-29.04.25 Suite, 2 rooms. Block C. It's huge for one person. (1949) 19th floor. The view is amazing - the mountains and the sea.
I checked in instantly by writing to the hotel's whatsapp. Although something incredible was happening at the Reception. I was told where to go up and the manager was waiting for me. They didn't even ask for a passport. They gave me the card from the room and said they would tell me the code upon departure to return the card back.
I read the previous reviews, yes. Apparently, a lot depends on the attitude of the person himself. Actually, cleaning is not provided. Shampoos and gels - I also have left, I did not use them. All the equipment was working properly. The dishes are also normal, except for the frying pan.
Sometimes there was a whiff of cigarettes from the hood, and someone was smoking in the next room. As it is, everything is normal.
It was out of season, and I wasn't expecting an elevator. I took the expressway, it's to the right of the reception. It's faster than going to the 9th floor office.
There are a lot of people, though. The hotel is huge. There are a lot of Pakistanis and Hindus, they don't have a good environment there.
The location is in the middle, between the new district and the end of the old city. The sea is 100 meters away. Beautiful park, cafe, tennis tables.
There wasn't much in the room, so it was a good option for an overnight stay. Look 🔥🔥🔥

We stayed in block C on the 24th floor. The sea view is amazing! The apartments themselves were clean, the manager met us in the lobby of the hotel, showed us everything and told us. I would like to mention the bed separately: we did not sleep on such a comfortable one even in Reddison. There were no queues for the elevator, the only thing is that you can't go upstairs from your floor, you went to your friends via the first floor, but this is a small thing, since elevators travel fast. Breakfast is not provided, but there are many cafes and restaurants on the ground floor and nearby. We will definitely come back again!

The prices are above all praise, the complex is amazing, at 5*.
The check-in is instant, everything is fine with the armor.
I definitely recommend it, and I also advise my friends that Batumi is a great place to relax, along with the hotel.

Nice thoughtful apartments have everything for convenience. There is a heater, it came in handy in May) dishes, stove, washing machine.
We lived on the 34th floor
Unfortunately, the complex is very poorly maintained and you can see how quickly it wears out, there was not enough cleanliness in the room, the cleaning is very mediocre between the guests. During our three days, no one cleaned at all.

Beautiful view from the window. Fast contactless check-in. The administrator is always in touch, helps with any questions that arise. The room has everything you need: a hairdryer, iron and ironing board,tiles, dishes, a large refrigerator, towels, etc., but there is no corkscrew and at least minimal cleaning equipment, and it would not hurt, because cleaning is not carried out.

We stayed last year, the room was clean, the administrators were in touch around the clock, they answer even at 3-4 in the morning, the view from the room was incredible, in general, the rest turned out to be wonderful, we will return next time!

Apartment 2059 in block C. they are not heated. The tub is covered in scale and mold. The bathtub is stained, and the water from the shower stall is not draining well. But, there is everything you need, stove, iron, cutlery. Basically, the room is clean, the linen is fresh. But it was in February and it was very cold in the tub and there was a freezer.

We checked in 3 hours later, we had to sit at the reception, in this crazy place. There are a lot of people, no one answers questions, it's good that we managed to sit down. The room was clean when we checked in, but unfortunately the towels were very dirty. We asked for a replacement, there were three of us, for some reason they brought only one, but it was not the first freshness. The rooms are not cleaned, the garbage was taken out by themselves, the floors were wiped.and also yourself. There were enough toilet accessories for 2 days, when we asked to bring toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel, it turned out that this was also not provided at the hotel. We lived on the 47th floor, the view is certainly good, but getting there on the bodice is a separate story. There are always queues for the elevator, it is always packed. I'm definitely not going to stay there anymore.

If you want to go to hell, go here. Starting with the reception (if you can call it that) and the elevator, which somehow takes you up to the 20th floor, you will most likely have to walk down. The suite is dirty as I do not know what, there is mold in the bathroom, the smell in the whole room is appropriate. Cafes in front of the building let out loud music until 3-4 in the morning, if you open the windows, it is impossible to sleep. In general, you will not wish this on the enemy.
