We rested for ten days at this hotel.The room has a sea view.The sea is within walking distance, the hotel is fresh,cleaning is daily, bed linen and towels are changed in four days.The busy highway did not interfere.There is a cafe nearby, like Rusalka, where there is music and karaoke until late at night, everything can be heard, even with the windows closed.But this does not apply to the hotel.We were satisfied, I recommend this hotel.

We rested this year in the reef, mountain view from the room. Clean, well-maintained, the location of the hotel is close to a park where you can walk and enjoy the views of Abkhazia. The sea is on the first line. The beach is clean. Nearby is the reef cafe, where you can eat very tasty food and admire the beautiful sunsets. The owner of the hotel is very friendly, we will come back to this hotel.

We have been staying here for several years now. I really like everything - there is Parking, a recreation area. The rooms are cleaned, the hotel is clean, the room has furniture, refrigerator, balcony. I recommend it!

I liked the hotel, the cleanliness is perfect, cleaning every day! The room is good. Of the disadvantages- to get to the sea, you need to cross a road with very heavy traffic! It is impossible to get out on the balcony from the sea side - the sun is hot. Everything else is 10 out of 10

We had a rest at the hotel. the hotel is excellent, the owner is very sincere and hospitable. the rooms are large. the sea is within walking distance. I didn'T like that for all 5 days they cleaned only 1 time and then formally, the towels were not changed once, the bed linen too, the garbage was not taken out. There are no gazebos or benches on the territory of the hotel where you can enjoy nature in the evening. I recommend this hotel!

A small hotel in the Old Gagra area.
The windows of the room overlook the sea. But, there is a road between the sea and the hotel. Since this road is the only one, the mountains come close to the sea and there is little space, the noise from cars is constant. I had to cover the windows and the balcony door tightly and sleep under the air conditioner. Cleaning, replacement of towels and bed linen will not spoil you. If you are promised to remove the garbage, it does not mean that it will be removed. I have to remind you.
The staff is polite, but kind of half asleep. But there is an advantage in this, you are left to yourself and no one imposes anything on you. But I can't recommend including breakfast in the room rate. You won't have a choice. Better go to the nearest cafe and order what you like.
There is a beautiful embankment nearby, where you can take a leisurely walk in the evening and admire the sunset.

We had a rest in June. Everything is fine! Perfect cleanliness and order. Caring staff. It is better to choose a room with a mountain view, then there will be shade on the balcony. There is a railway nearby, but trains rarely run and do not bother much. There is a picturesque gorge nearby, be sure to take a walk there.

We were lucky enough to be guests at this hotel at the end of June 2023. Full compliance with the description and photo, even better. The location is very good, all the beauty of Old Gagra is within walking distance. The breakfasts in the restaurant are delicious, the portions are huge. The rooms are spacious, the beds are large and the mattresses are very comfortable. The bed linen is snow-white. Rooms are cleaned and linen is changed regularly. The rooms and the balcony have everything you need and everything is in perfect condition. The availability of private parking is a big plus. The territory is guarded.
But all these are small things, compared to people! Attentive, respectful attitude towards the guests! Thank you all very much! Prosperity to you!

The hotel is small, but with all the amenities. Clear. Conditioner. The sea is nearby. Good breakfasts. I advise you to take a room with a mountain view - there will be shade on the balcony. There are no big hotels nearby, so there are few people on the beach. There is a park and a lot of cafes nearby. For those who rest without children, it's great.

Disgusting shish kebab in the cafe!!!
We went to order a shish kebab to take away, we specified what kind of meat. The male waiter assured us that the meat was neck. They asked me to make 1kg. 200g for a minute cost 400r.
When they brought it home, they realized that the evening was ruined! For 2k we got 600g of shish kebab maximum...not 1kg at all. Besides, it is impossible to eat the kebab itself! Dry, I almost broke my braces!!! It definitely wasn't the neck of the pork. Even the balyk part should be tried to dry so that it happens.
Thanks to the staff for ruining my whole family's dinner! Still, I want the appropriate service for that kind of money!!! And then the prices were broken, and you do it-fuck off...

A wonderful hotel located on the first line , a beautiful building , large balconies , its own Parking lot . on the entire territory of Wi-Fi. There is a cafe across the street, breakfast is included in the room rate.

A wonderful place with excellent cuisine and super service! Be sure to try the barbecue. We live in the Caucasus ourselves, but the world barbecue champions work here! Special thanks to the waitress Nella - she is a super professional!!!! Definitely one of the best places in Gagra.

It is tasty, relatively inexpensive, but there are many disadvantages. The cafe is smoky inside. In other countries, smoking is allowed only on the street. On the street, midges fly into the light (lanterns near tables) and beat right in the face.
