It feels like a child is in charge of this store, you place an order, they tell you that everything will be fine tomorrow, there is nothing tomorrow, you write to them, you receive an SMS with a track number that cannot be tracked, you arrive at the post office a week later, and such a parcel does not even exist. The order was made in June, the order came to them in early September. After the "delivery failures", the order still did not arrive on September 28 in a complete set, there was not enough washer.
On the same day, I called and informed them about it. They said they would dial me on September 30 and explain everything. No one called.
I called myself on October 1st. There, a man very boldly replied, "well, they didn't call, so the person is busy," "well, we can't track all orders," "well, dial tomorrow at the same time, we'll check in the warehouse." And I have to call and clarify 10 times what is there and how with the order that they did not fulfill in full.
When I called again, no one picked up, I had to call a couple of days later. There, an "adequate" employee raised the issue, to whom I described the conversation with the previous person, he agreed that this was not normal and apologized for the "inadequate" one. He said the spare part was lost, it is impossible to order a new one, because it is not being produced.... He offered to refund the money.
I reset their account number on October 7. They promised money within a week. A week later, I called again, they said to reset my full name - which says that the week is lost, no one did anything. I sent my full name. After another week, I dialed again, they said that we had sent everything, the case is in the bank, which takes a long time to send. 2 weeks have passed, let me remind you. I asked to send a screenshot of the transfer of funds, they said we would send it tomorrow.
Of course, nothing was sent. Today 24.10 there is still no money.
Last year, I ordered from them and had to pay more than the agreed amount at the post office, they promised to return it, and I knocked out funds in the same way for several months. I vowed not to contact them, but I thought it was just an accident. No, it's not an accident.

"the courier will send it to you tomorrow," a week passes - "there is a weekend, you will have it in 3 days." then another week, and still no delivery.
instead of the promised 15 days, they have been driving for a month and will not bring them in any way.
I do not recommend it if the delivery time is important

The scheme of work is simple.
Taking advantage of the trust and lack of similar stores in Belarus, they promise to deliver any original spare parts from Japan and the USA within 15-35 working days. They also take advantage of the fact that no one reads the scam agreement (the text can only be viewed when forming an order and there the delivery time is 150 working days = 210 calendar days = 7 months!!! After that, the period is extended indefinitely!! or the money is returned ...)
They take an advance payment of 100% and money for delivery.
After 35 working days, calls from the number linked to the order are not answered.
If you call from other numbers, random fairy tales immediately begin: customs delay, tomorrow arrives, there is no one to pick up at the warehouse, the car is already unloading... In Japan, in Finland, in Moscow, in Minsk, again in Moscow... It all ends with the words: "We will call you back within an hour..." As a result, no one ever calls back.
When you realize that this is a divorce, because the information about your order is immediately thought up and contradicts the previous one, and you realize that no one ordered anything, they convince you that they are ready to refund the money right now, but why... The spare part is about to be in your hands. We have to wait a day-a week at most... We will definitely call you back...
when you start swearing, they poke you with a scam and 150 working days. To the question: "So you promised to bring it in a couple of months before ordering by phone, and on the website the time is 15-35 working days...", they answer: "So you yourself put the bird "I agree" when ordering, confirming your agreement to wait seven months))"
So they drag out the time up to seven months. The money for the claim is returned not by a refund, but by a simple transfer to your account, so the commission for the refund of your money falls on you!
I paid for the goods on 12/13/2021, they went to my ears with fairy tales for six months, they returned the money on 07/05/2022, i.e. exactly before the onset of these seven months. So legally everything is clean.
Such is a voluntary interest-free seven-month contribution, a lot of lost nerves and a disrupted season.

They do not take the phone, they write on the vast app that this is a work number and they say there are no audio calls on it, they will evade a refund until you start writing and calling all law enforcement agencies of Belarus, somehow the payment was returned.
Think before you pay, and if you paid first and saw the reviews after, try to get the payment back. Maybe you'll get lucky. But spare parts are available, do not wait for them. And by the way, they will block you everywhere very quickly in all communication methods....

The second order, I ordered a cage, the result is constantly fed with breakfasts, that allegedly the store does not work well, then they can't pick it up, then there is no time, and so on, when odin calls the same answer, we will call back in an hour and send it today, the result is fat from noodles on the ears. I do not recommend this store, the divorce is complete, there are a lot of promises, and in the toga - 0.
