On the ground floor there is a SPA area, a swimming pool, a sauna, a hammam, a gym, a cinema room, a shop, a playground, toilets, a barbecue area on the street, designed for 4 companies. All services except massages and other SPA treatments are included in the price, you only need to make an appointment in advance if you need a barbecue area, for example, or a cinema room. Large entrance group with reception desk and exit to buildings A and B. The complex is clean and well cleaned. The apartments include a bedroom, a room with a sofa and TV combined with a kitchen, a balcony with a table and armchairs for two, a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). The sea is 800m away, but if you go to the 70 beach, where sun beds are free upon presentation of the accommodation card, then another 400 meters. And in general, any store is less than 10 minutes on foot. A good place to stay!

A cool complex. I've already gone a little crazy since the owners are constantly renting apartments, and they themselves come with their families.
But they keep a good eye on him, put the pool in order in the morning, sweep it, put the sunbeds exactly. The lobby is also constantly cleaned by the staff. It is very noisy for permanent residence, especially if the windows overlook the pool.
The sea is very close by a straight road through the alley 10 minutes maximum.
The complex has everything, a restaurant, a shop, a spa, a gym, a winter pool and much more.

Very nice apartment, I was pleased that you can go down to the first floor in a bathrobe and immediately get into the spa complex (pool, hammam, sauna), it's all included when staying in this apartment
