The staff is very polite, the guys at the reception are very helpful, overall the impressions from the hotel were mostly good. The room was clean upon arrival. The room temperature is normal and warm. The only drawbacks are that breakfast does not include vegetables, which is why breakfast is mostly greasy, as well as poor sound insulation, and you can hear people walking/chatting in the hallway very well.

So: the painted walls, the hardened gum on the floor by the bed, the torn curtains, the murdered bedside table, the bed is supported by snot, the bathroom door is installed from another room, the lock is jammed one evening...It's funny that I wrote to the hotel in advance about getting a better room. And at the reception during the eviction, they said, why didn't you ask to replace the room, the rest of the rooms are in normal condition)))

Hell is pitch black, not an apartment hotel. He lived in room 311. They came to me at 3 a.m. from the adjacent 310 room, because the lock does not close. The TV doesn't catch any programs. There is no window in 311, only in the kitchen, which is separated by a door. The sound insulation in the hotel is poor, you can hear everything. Of the advantages, more or less breakfasts, but cold, because they are not heated. The staff is polite. I do not recommend it.

Buy yourself a coffee machine! The staff is friendly, but it's worth saying at least one extra word and they show their real attitude) In short, pay extra and rent another hotel.

Of the advantages, such breakfasts were not seen in the simple fives. 3-4 types of fruits, 2-3 types of sweets, porridge, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, pancakes, etc. Breakfasts are aimed at Russians and this is exactly what is required. Nice neat pool with warm water. Responsive staff: if you need something (dishes, hair dryer), you can always ask and get what you want. 45 dollars for two people per day with breakfast and a swimming pool in 15-20 minutes walk to the center for a standard room in August 2023 - the best price
