We had a rest in September 2023 at this hotel. I liked everything. Daily cleaning of the room, replacement of towels. The staff is friendly, smiling. Food for five, everything is decent.
A good hotel, located close to the beach, the hotel has a large territory, many sun beds and a clean pool. Air conditioning in the rooms is paid. I didn't like that the soap was given only upon arrival, it ran out after a couple of days and I had to buy it myself.

Not a bad hotel. I had a promo room on the 1st floor, I didn't catch Wi-Fi there, it's only good in the restaurant, lobby and by the pool. I don't know how it worked in other rooms. It is also a convenient place because the area is almost flat and the road to the beach is not difficult, the beach is wide, there is a shower, but the sea is stormy, although I sunbathed quite well. There are plenty of sun beds by the pool, they were often free, but not very comfortable places. I lowered the rating because of smokers, they smoke everywhere by the pool, everywhere in general, not paying attention to the designated smoking area, smokers spoiled the impression greatly. Another minus is when strong alcohol is put out in the evening, they do not put out anything in addition to tea, cookies, or sandwiches. That is, I had dinner and that's it, then only pure coffee, tea, beer (if left) and local moonshine Crayfish + more strong drinks. If it suddenly gets cool, you can ask for the remote control from the air conditioner, you can use it for heating for free, there were several nights when I turned it on. The food in the restaurant is not bad, I liked everything, I never went hungry. I can safely recommend the hotel, I was mostly satisfied and may even visit it again.
The location of the hotel is not bad, 5 minutes walk to the sea, but it is a long way to the city of Rethymno, and there is nothing to do in the village in the evening or in bad weather. We had a room on the 1st floor, which was very disturbed by the noise from the nearby road. The food at the hotel is excellent, there has always been a choice. There are polite and helpful young people at the reception. They speak English, they haven't seen any Russian speakers. Of the disadvantages of the hotel, I would note the lack of entertainment.
Good service, wi-fi is the norm on the ground floors and around the pool, friendly and helpful staff. A calm, measured vacation for families with children and couples, the food is not bad, you will not stay hungry. The sea is nearby, entertainment is not far from the hotel within walking distance.

The food is delicious, the alcoholic drinks are local and I didn't like it. We lived on an all-inclusive basis
