We celebrated the new year. Not everything that was ordered was brought from the dishes, of course, the money was not returned. The program is mediocre from the word at all. Santa Claus and the snow Maiden didn't even dance with the children, it's just a shock. The staff was mostly tipsy, and one girl fell asleep on the couch. Of the food, I'll mention the portioned dishes, they are normal both in volume and taste, everything else is so-so. The dishes are even visually much smaller than stated in the menu. In the photo there is a fruit vase (25p). This is my first visit to this institution, but I will not visit it again. My impressions of New Year's Eve remained dubious. I do not recommend it, it is better to choose an institution with a more customer-oriented approach. It seems that the administration is absolutely not following the reputation and the situation in the restaurant, although the RESTAURANT is loudly said. Happy New Year!

The service is terrible!!! Initially, when ordering a table and discussing the menu, they told me to pay 35 rubles extra from each table for the New Year's program, then they made me pay from each person! There is no program! 20 minutes of Santa Claus with the snow Maiden, 20 minutes of 2 men with musical jokes from the comedy club! My advice to the presenter is to develop in your field and update your program, at least every year, otherwise it's really sad! Well, this program does not match the money that you are asking for!
Of the dishes that were ordered in advance, at least 5 were not brought, everything related to meat (slicing, sausage, etc.) was fed only with eggplant, which, as you know, no one ordered in such quantity! We couldn't prove anything, they said we ate it all, and the camera doesn't hit our table to check!
We arrived at 6 o'clock, as we should, the tables were not set, we sat for an hour in vain, waiting for a snack (those same eggplants)! We also decorated the Christmas tree upon arrival! In general, the impressions are terrible,!
There were problems with other tables ( also, not all the dishes were brought to people, and the surcharge from each person for the program also turned out to be a surprise )
Everything is clear and we are all human.. they got worked up , got mixed up in the confusion, and so on. But in the end, having achieved no justice, we went home. And, to you , not another foot . (
