Nearby, of course, there are cafes / restaurants where it is also good, tasty and sometimes cheaper, but the smells there are unbearable)). There have been rumors about free beer, but it seems like these are true rumors. If you place an order from the "samovar" section, you need to eat portions quickly, the burner does not burn for a long time, and the toilet is not very good, these are probably 2 such fat disadvantages. Otherwise, everything is fine, orders are delivered quickly, they understand Russian, communicate politely, and can tell you from the menu. Why not 5 stars: we ordered ice cream, and half an hour later it turned out (from another waitress) that the taste we ordered was missing, and of course no one informed us about it. I'll add a minus to the review: we went again, ordered "meat in a pot", I do not recommend it, stewed meat with skin, streaked, as if our stew was thrown.

We went purposefully to this cafe, with a good prejudice and a loyal attitude, knowing that many people praise him.
But! We didn't like the place at all, I can't recommend it to anyone.
1) the food is tasteless.
We had a salad with mango and shrimp, 58, it was all mango. In Russia, this would probably be regarded as a plus, but here mangoes grow on trees and cost 3 yuan per kilo.
20th century noodles : absolutely tasteless and bland. The noodles look like makfa. Well, it's not tasty to cook noodles in China - it's generally a shame
Dumplings with shrimp 30yu - norm. But the portion is small.
2) the arrogance and shamelessness of the staff.
The waitress was vaguely hinting at tips even before the food arrived.
The barker completely ruined the impression of the visit.
He begged for tips, followed us.

On April 15, the first day of our stay in Hainan, we accidentally found this cafe and were delighted! The service is fast, the waiters are polite and speak Russian quite well, the food is very tasty and the portions are large. We ordered half a Peking duck for two and additionally had duck broth, the salad portion was huge (not in the photo) and we ordered shrimp in batter. It cost about 200 yuan for everything.

After reading various reviews about Panda, we decided to draw our own conclusion about the dishes. On my first visit, I liked everything - we ordered seafood on skewers and dumplings with shrimp. But a couple of days later we went to eat Tom-yam soup. And a complete disappointment((( they brought us diluted tomato paste with shrimp swimming in it. Well, that is, there is no hint of the presence of coconut milk, lemongrass and other necessary ingredients. We did not eat this and asked to exclude the soup from the bill. A Russian-speaking waiter came running and began to convince us that this was the right Tom Yam soup and that this was how their chef prepared it. In general, we achieved our goal and did not pay for the soup. And the conclusion is this - only Thailand is behind Tom Yam)))

You can eat here normally. Fill your belly. But will you enjoy it? I don't think so.
As an indicator, there are no Chinese here. Where there are no Chinese, then the cuisine is bad.
We ate three out of 6 dishes.
If you want borscht and shish kebab instead of Chinese cuisine, you can try it.
I also consider it a disadvantage to hear screaming Russian music and how our drunk people dance to it on a 5-by-5-meter dance floor. Well, that's a shame, gentlemen. They're just shaming Russia.
The price for Yalong Bay is at the top level. We won't come again.
