What happened after: after half a year of our joint visit to McDonald's, we began to realize that we were addicted to this food, we began to want it all the time, we were no longer happy with homemade food, and we went there for lunch like zombies over and over again. Then suddenly I began to feel unwell, my weight increased by 12 kg, it scared me, I went to donate blood, my cholesterol turned out to be elevated, and in general the blood test was not particularly joyful... My skinny classmates also gained weight, although they lost 5 kilograms at most, BUT they BECAME COVERED in PIMPLES, this was due to the huge consumption of carbohydrates and harmful fats. When I saw this situation, I began to think more about what to do, we reduced our trips to McDonald's to a minimum, but faced with the problem that we are absolutely not happy with food from home. We started to figure out what the problem was. It turns out that in all McDonald's food there is sodium glutomate, it is a flavor enhancer that is very addictive to taste buds, and when you eat at home, for example, borscht, it does not cause you any sensations, just fresh water without much taste and smell. And then we realized that this was already a disease! By the way, we later found out that sodium glutamate causes cancer! Next: my weight has already jumped to 85 kg! I treated myself as a mentally ill person, I realized that I had to change my mindset to start from scratch, because there are addicts who need a dose, and there are victims of fast food, which we have become. Or just a victim of his own stupidity and lack of willpower and intention. After leaving McDonald's, I often went to Teremok, KFS, sub way, after which I switched to more homemade food like oriental Fringe, and my favorite Tokyo City, I began to take rice, buckwheat, mashed potatoes with chicken or fish. For 2 months I ate without pleasure at all, it was like taking medicine! But I began to drink a lot of water, and apparently these toxins that I poisoned myself began to wash out of my body.
