I was very disappointed with this institution, as my children and I arrived with a great mood for the opening of this institution, having booked a table two days before the event in the main hall to spend time with music and a delicious dinner. But, unfortunately, everything was ruined by the restaurant staff. Firstly, they did not find my name on the guest list, although yesterday there was a confirmation of the table. We were greeted very arrogantly and coldly and put somewhere far away in a remote room with tables without serving and just forgot about us, we did not like this treatment at all and we just went to another restaurant where guests are greeted with joy and respect.

The food may be delicious, but the staff's treatment and disrespectful attitude towards customers spoiled the mood. Moreover, the waiters also approached the special guests smiling, and we only had to see the sullen and arrogant service.
