The price includes breakfast (there's just nothing to worry about), the houses are in terrible condition (repair is required, they were obviously hammered on them specifically and for a long time), so if you stop, then only in the main building. An assistant cook of the initial category is apparently operating in the kitchen, since some dishes simply cannot be eaten.
To sum up, for the money that had to be left for a day, overnight stays in the houses of this hotel complex can be found much better and cheaper nearby.
