It is good hotel , price -value comparison shows that it deserves to be one of the best hotels in Almaty . Service is very nice and friendly!
Only breakfast should be improved, a bit of lacking choice in terms of individuality

Great hotel! When I arrive in Almaty, I always stay there. Clean, modern rooms, excellent service, always friendly staff.
The breakfasts are delicious, buffet style, a large selection of food.
The rooms are always very clean, with crystal white linens, towels and bathrobes.
The location is geographically very convenient, there is a place to walk within walking distance from the hotel.

It's a very atmospheric place. I am writing a review a year after the visit.
I liked it very much. Cozy, cute. I really liked the figure of a horse in the foyer, it caused a childish delight, and aesthetic pleasure.
A special surprise is the panoramic elevator with a postcard view of the mountains.
It was a business trip. I didn't expect anything special. I stopped by at night, and in the morning, when I got into the elevator, I just took my breath away from the view.

A chic hotel, friendly staff. Glass elevator with mountain view. Very convenient location, for me for sure. There is a large supermarket on the opposite side. A hearty buffet. Very bright room with a pleasant interior, woven wallpaper, glass surfaces of the table and bedside tables. I really enjoyed all this and much more in this wonderful hotel.

A very cozy hotel. The rooms are stylish and clean. Cleaning is daily. Small in size in standard rooms, but very cozy. The breakfasts are super tasty and in a very good assortment. The staff is polite and friendly. Therefore, I will definitely come back if I'm on a business trip. It's a little expensive for a personal trip)

A great hotel, there was a single, small, but very cozy room. Upon check-in, there were problems with payment, transfers did not work, there was no cash yet, but the administrator came up with an option and we decided everything. Excellent breakfasts in the morning, a very pleasant restaurant.

A very good department in a good location in the city. There is a large shopping center within walking distance and it is quite close to the airport. I put a minus for the work of the staff. At the reception, the guy several times gave cards from the rooms where people lived. The same thing happened to me.

A wonderful hotel. Everything is clean and fresh. The only thing is that the air conditioner is noisy, and my aunt constantly turned it off because of this. And the breakfasts could have been better. In the restaurant itself, where breakfast is served, the food is delicious, at the highest level. But for some reason, there is a rather meager meal for breakfast. Cucumbers came across a couple of dried ones.

Convenient location: near parks, cafes/restaurants, grocery store.
Beautiful, clean, fresh rooms. Everything is in a modern style. There is no excess smell in the rooms, they are cleaned every day, but the towel was not changed every day. The bathroom set and the bar were filled every day.
The breakfast is varied and delicious.
We were satisfied, although I think that the price tag is a bit high for 4 stars. But I think this is due to the seasonality and the influx of tourists.

Nice hotel: clean, warm and cozy. Of the disadvantages, a standard double room does not have a full-fledged wardrobe, only a small niche in the corridor for things. There was nowhere to hang the suit and shirts properly.

I really liked it! Quiet green place, very friendly, polite staff, advise on any issues from currency exchange to ethnic restaurant. The atmosphere is modern, cozy, clean, good bed linen, new bathrobes, everything is in the rooms. The location is good, I recommend it.

The best hotel in terms of price/quality ratio! Convenient parking. A great restaurant, breakfast is generally a fire, you can eat so much that you don't have to have lunch!
Friendly staff, negative comments genuinely surprised. We lived with my wife and a small child, we did not find any disadvantages.

Two restaurants: on the 1st and 8th floors,
The cuisine is excellent, the prices are reasonable.
The grill room on the 1st floor is just a godsend for holding meetings, even with clients, even with girlfriends. A successful combination of good cuisine and interior design.
Since it is very close to my house, sometimes my family and I just come to taste something new that we do not cook at home. After a meal, there is always a good feeling in the stomach :). Which is especially important when you take your children to the catering.
I wish the hotel and restaurants: keep it up!

Overall a nice modern hotel. We stayed in a junior suite for 60000tg + tax 3000tg per day, took a large room, there is tea, coffee, toothbrushes, soap, everything is there. On request, another blanket was brought. Buffet breakfast in the cafe on the 1st floor, the choice is not huge, but there is cheese, sausage, an omelet will be cooked. You won't stay hungry. The only negative is the price. In general, it seemed that AlmaAts have expensive hotels at their level

A nice hotel in the old part of Almaty, an open elevator offers a wonderful view of the mountains. The rooms are small but neat, there is almost everything you need - bathrobes, slippers, a large selection of hygiene products (we lacked a second chair, napkins and a spoon for shoes, at least the simplest, plastic one - which is the most surprising given the rather overpriced room price: we paid about 7 thousand rubles for the standard. In Russia, such a number costs 4-5 thousand on average). Breakfast was very pleasant - from 7 a.m. and a fairly rich selection of dishes, polite staff. But the most favorable impression was left by the hotel administrators - incredibly pleasant and friendly young people. We managed to talk to two of them and both were just an example of customer orientation, which we no longer found in other cities of Kazakhstan.
