I didn't like the hotel. The first thing we encountered was a transfer ordered by the Novotours travel agency from Lithuania, dropped us off on the road 50 meters from the hotel, and we had to go down the stairs to the underpass to get to the hotel, and then climb up with three suitcases and two backpacks, then walk along the cobblestones to the hotel. The room we were given was on the third floor, there is no elevator, there was no help in lifting things either. There was no drinking water or tea coffee in the room. The size of the room did not look like twenty meters, the toilet with a shower was about a meter and a half. Although the air conditioner was working, it was impossible to adjust the temperature and speed. We paid for breakfast and dinner, when we came to dinner there were no drinks, coffee, tea, even water. If you want to drink something, go to the hotel bar and buy it there. For breakfast, they gave the same thing every day. Dinner is better. There wasn't even a cooler to draw water. It is not clear what they paid for, and why this is a four-star hotel. We went to the store for water and other drinks. The hotel does not have its own beach, if you want to take a sun lounger, pay on the shared beach. On the penultimate day, I took a can of beer for dinner, and drank it there, the waiter went to the bar and called the bartender, he came to our table in the dining room, grabbed an empty can, and began talking to us in raised tones, like: what is it, I'll see it again, you'll deal with the police. No one warned us in advance, not at the reception, not in any ads. Tomorrow I went to the reception and told about it, they promised to inform the hostess, but we did not receive any apologies.
I concluded for myself that not only is there no service, but they also got rude for our money. Impressions about the hotel remained negative.
