I have an extremely negative experience of "cooperation" with this desk... We pre-ordered a phone with full prepayment, promised that it would arrive within 5-10 days. On the 16th day, I called them myself, they say: come write an application for a refund, we do not have this phone. I arrived, wrote and received another surprise from the seller - a refund within 21 days. Have arrived.. No one even apologized for this jamb, reputation is not important to people at all and they have not heard anything about the term "public offer".

It's a long but interesting story with this store. We made a pre-order for 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max. They said to wait about 14 days, they say everything will come on time, two phones at once. Well, we've been waiting, it's been 2 weeks. At the end of 2 weeks, they called asking when it would be, they said that they had not yet found suppliers. We waited a week, there were the same promises, as a result, 1 phone came, they took it away. The second one was a white Pro Max, there were big problems with it. There are a lot of excuses, which is very difficult to find, although they were in tandem. Okay, we're still waiting. I was upset, my relatives called. Then they called with other offers, there is a blue one, but unfortunately I didn't need one. They promised to return the money, a month has passed, the money has not been returned (they left an advance payment). We came there about the return, they said that in 2-3 days. There is no money, and there is only one phone. Ordered from others

They offered to put the money on the certificate for now, the guy had a thousand rubles left. The administrator Nastya said that she would transfer the money to me, after they came to the master's on another day, I and the guy did not have any money in my account. I do not recommend buying anything in this store. If it is more profitable to purchase in installments in any other store, they do not force you to purchase Chinese accessories there
