We rented a Hyundai Accent for 4 days. We traveled as a family along the Almaty-Kolsai-Chundzha-Almaty route (700 km).
The car is new, clean, the tank is full. The contract was prepared for the appointed time and was completed in about 10 minutes.
Much more profitable than taxi services in a Toyota Alphard on the same route. I'm incredibly glad that there are such guys. Good luck in the future!

I borrowed a BMW X6 from this company for the weekend. I went to Charyn canyon and Kolsai Lake. I've had to rent a car in different countries. But this rental is probably the best I've ever had to deal with before. I took a car with a VIP2 insurance option. In general, it turned out that it was not in vain. There was a small incident during the rental. But the guys behaved beyond all praise. We've been in touch. And indeed their insurance option paid off. Once again, many thanks to the company and the staff for their professional attitude. Thanks to their efforts, I got new emotions and impressions by traveling around Kazakhstan. Thanks again.

1. Car delivery in the afternoon - in the evening it was found that the lamp in one headlight had burned out. Self-replacement will take place without problems if there is a flexible narrow arm of at least 0.5 meters))) (who changed the lamps in Solaris knows..) night service along the way is more difficult to find than a lamp - at almost any gas station.
2. When accepting a car, it is worth carefully examining all the chips on the car together with an employee, checking the caps, etc. since problems may arise when handing over the car, even if you paid for super-duper insurance and could tie the car in a knot or cook kebabs on it, but for the "caps", you will have to cough up separately, they are not included in the insurance. Therefore, no matter how much you like high speed or medium steak frying, you will have to pay extra for the caps. "Remember the caps")))
In general, everything is convenient, cool and cool, but there are nuances.
Be careful not only when driving, but also when inspecting a car with filling out a defect report.

I'm renting a car for the third time in this place. I like everything 👍 wonderful, friendly and helpful staff, all questions are answered) on the site there are those cars that are on site. The contract is standard and without pitfalls. There are also cars that have seen life, in particular the Lexus NX300h with a bunch of errors on the panel, but in general the car goes without problems, the price was just cheaper than for a similar one, but newer. In general, if I need a car, I will come back to them.

We came on vacation to Almaty, rented a Hyundai Creta here, went to Charyn and Black Canyon, Kolsai Lake, Lake Issyk, went to BAO (to the barrier, then the road is closed), were on Medeu, well, and went somewhere else for small things. The car was in perfect order, we liked everything :) Of course, the prices bite a little, but the service is at its best. I was pleased with the opportunity to travel to Kyrgyzstan, although we did not have time to use it, just as we did not have time to get to Altyn-Emel (you can't drive this car directly to the reserve itself, but you can go to the place where cars go there), but nothing, we will come again — we will definitely use this rental :)

A good car fleet, affordable prices, transparent and official car registration process, pleasant staff.
We went with the company to the Charyn Canyon (take into account the extra charge for leaving the city), rented a Hyundai Accent 2022 with a mileage of 200 km per day: we got a clean car with a full tank. The conditions of return are either to refuel and wash the car yourself, or to pay the cost of these services under the contract upon return. There is a gas station and a car wash not far from the office; we filled up a full tank, but we did not waste time on washing.
Upon return, the car was examined with a flashlight, offered to pay for the car wash through the cashier, accepted the keys, shook hands. We are waiting for the refund of the deposit in 14 days (the time of checking the car for traffic violations outside the city).

Terrible conditions for leaving the city. Only in Kazakhstan there are such conditions, all over the world I took cars normally and the conditions were better.
Elantra 21 years old, in fact, with departure to the Charyn Canyon and Issyk, requested 67,000 tenge, a deposit of 50,000 with a refund within 14 days. When I wrote a month before the lease, I asked for an advance payment of 30,000 tenge.
Getting from Venice to Milan in a rented BMW is cheaper than renting an Elantra with a trip out of town in Almaty in this company.
Who rents a car for trips inside the city and why? There is carsharing for this, if you really need it. You can't take a taxi. Accordingly, the main client is a tourist who wants to see the sights around the city, but is faced with such a pricing policy. Even in neighboring Kyrgyzstan, the rental conditions are many times more humane and more customer-oriented.

I arrived, made a deposit, agreed on everything, which is on the trail. day in the morning (and it was at 9 p.m.) I come and pick up the car, everything seems to be OK and I read the contract, in general, nothing foreshadowed trouble, I already left and they call me half an hour later and say, you know, we changed our mind, your experience does not suit us, we returned the deposit (at least thanks for that) and wrote "come back to us in 2 years." If anything, I agreed with them about the length of service in the morning, and that's the only reason I was calm all day that everything was OK. As a result, all the plans for one place, I framed all the friends with whom I decided to go to the canyon, everyone has already tuned in. I no longer have time to organize anything for the next day, because it was already late in the evening. In general, thank you very much to this campaign for such a service, and immediately know that you can be severely framed at the very last moment.

Upon receiving the car, there was a welcome bottle of iced tea in the cabin, a trifle, but very nice!)) Of the disadvantages, I can only highlight two points:
1. This is a long time for the refund of the deposit for the car and a limited list of possible refund methods. I returned it for a whole month.
2. The loss of the refunded amount will be from 7 to 12%, depending on the refund method.
Otherwise, there are no questions, the service is high-quality.

I borrowed a car from the guys for one day to see the surroundings of Almaty. I booked it in advance, a couple of days in advance. I came to the office in the morning, everything was ready, the whole process took about 10 minutes. I took additional insurance just in case)
The car was almost a new KIA Celtis, mileage 24,000 km. Everything is very clean, a bottle of water as a gift) The manager of Aksat, who gave out the car very friendly, advised to go to the Charyn Canyon and the mountain lake Kolsai, for which he is very grateful! The beauty is indescribable, I advise everyone! We turned around in 12 hours. The manager picked up the car the next morning from the specified address (this is a paid service). In general, I was very pleased with everything!

We rented a car for a week: we needed delivery to the airport by a rather late (~ 2 a.m.) time and planned to return there a little earlier (23:30).
The car was brought to the airport by the time of arrival of our flight, the Askat manager helped with the paperwork, the process took about 5 minutes, as well as the return. Everything is very fast.
The car is almost new, about six months old, in excellent condition, no problems during the week of operation.
The deposit was returned in full, but a week later, as warned.
Next time we will take the car here again. Separately, I would like to note that you can choose a specific car model and give it exactly (not one of the categories, as in many other rentals), this is a huge plus.
