Great, didn't expect such service and breakfast. Very clean room, very polite personnel and delicious breakfast. I chose this hotel just because of convenient location.

I liked this place! Very nice people work there. I would like to say a special thanks to the hotel employee, Bahadir. The man treats his job perfectly! If you need guided tours, no problem. If he takes you, he'll bring you back. He will advise and tell you where and how best to go. The staff is attentive and helpful. They respond to any request instantly (iron, ironing board, shoe sponge). Excellent breakfasts with delicious cabbage pies. In the hotel restaurant, I tried horse meat steak for the first time, I bow to the cook, it's very tasty!I bought a lot of kaza, asked the kitchen to hold the sausage in their refrigerator. Agreed! They are also perfectly packaged in plastic wrap and bags. The sausage flew perfectly to Moscow!
The room is spacious, with Windows to a quiet courtyard.
I didn't regret choosing this hotel. On my next visit to Kazakhstan, I will stop there again.

The hotel is 3 stars. Excellent location - close to the center, near bus stops, metro within walking distance, cafe. The rooms are not super modern, everywhere there is burgundy carpet like in the USSR, but everything is acceptable and clean. The room was a junior suite - spacious, on the 2nd floor, Windows facing the courtyard. If you want silence, it is better to take a room with windows facing the courtyard, if the view is on the road, then it will be noisy with the windows open (busy street and roadway). The room has a hairdryer, disposable slippers and toothbrushes, soap, shower gel, and new sealed shoe cloths. I think there were white coats in the closet, but we didn't use them. The breakfasts are good for three stars - a mini buffet (two types of porridge, scrambled eggs, fried sausage, bread rolls, plain and Adyghe cheese, servlets, fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, sometimes they put caesar salad or baked eggplant slices with potatoes, small samsa pastries, pumpkin pies, cottage cheese+greens, etc., pizza, cakes, dried apricots, prunes, nuts, jam of several types, tea, coffee).

Great hotel, wonderful staff! I sincerely thank all the staff of this hotel for their attention and kindness. I probably pissed off everyone at the reception with my complaints about the neighbor's air conditioner, which rattled like a tractor. But they listened to me with remembrance and offered to move me to a wonderful room!
The hotel is clean and tidy, quiet and peaceful! The breakfasts are very tasty!

A small cozy hotel, conveniently located near the metro and bus/trolleybus stops. The staff is polite. The hotel has a very decent 24-hour cafe with adequate prices and a varied menu. Breakfast is a buffet: 2 types of porridge, 2 types of eggs, sausage cheese, sweet and unsweetened pastries, cottage cheese-yogurt, nuts-dried fruits, fresh fruits. The rooms have bathrobes, slippers, kettle, tea-coffee-sugar- water 0.5, hairdryer. Towels are changed every day. The bedding is new. The room is warm. The rooms themselves are spacious, the ceilings are high, but the bathroom is cramped. Another of the shortcomings is that the refrigerator froze too much, the view from the window is on the fence, from the entrance to the reception, the suitcase must be carried through the stairs. But it was uncritical for us, overall a great place, I recommend it.

The room is clean, high ceilings, all plumbing is in working order, kettle. The sad thing is: the window under the ceiling is more like a 30-40 cm high window, the main area is covered with drywall, there are traces of a long-ago flood in the toilet on the ceiling, the furniture is tired, but in good condition. The hood sings day and night with a whistle, it howls its soul out if you open the window. If you don't open it, it's stuffy.
But the breakfasts are hearty, delicious, everything is fresh, for every taste. The staff is polite and attentive, though they hardly smile.

Very cozy hotel, clean, good location. Bathrobes, bath accessories, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, even combs and toothbrushes are put in the room. The hotel is relatively close to the airport.
Inexpensive, clean, very tasty breakfasts and a large selection of dishes.
There are bathrobes in the room (soft cool ones). Toothbrushes and pastes, slippers. There are quite a lot of towels.
Conditioner. Refrigerator, safe, kettle and water. 5 hangers in the closet.
For that price, it's just a fairy tale.
The rooms themselves may not be super beautiful, but you can definitely spend the night here.
The staff are polite, especially the young man at breakfast (everyone asked how we rest, etc.).

The hotel is located in a two-storey detached building. Some of the rooms overlook a busy street, so it can be noisy in the room. In general, an uncomfortable hotel that is not worth the stated price.
We lived in room 101 – this is a corner room next to the reception.
Positive:
+ The location of the hotel is close to many shops, cafes, 5 minutes walk to the metro.
+ The room is very spacious.
Minuses:
- Sound insulation – the room is next to the reception and you can hear all the conversations of employees as they watch videos on the phone. Combined with the noise from the street – uncomfortable. You need earplugs to get enough sleep.
- There are two windows in the room, one of them has a cornice smaller than the width of the window. Therefore, the curtains do not close until the end, there is a gap of about 40 centimeters. From this crack at night, a lantern and headlights of cars passing along a fairly busy street shine into the room. When the sun rises, the room automatically becomes light. Because of this, the entire effect of blackout curtains is lost.
- The toilet is not fixed in the bathroom. The shower watering can holder barely holds, the shower, periodically, falls out of it.
- The blanket is ten centimeters narrower than the bed, the sheet is short.
- Very poorly washed plates at breakfast in the morning. Food that should be hot (for example, fried eggs) is cold.
- One of the employees constantly offered his services as a guide and, in general, was very annoying.

Two adults and a 5-year-old child stayed for one night. The hotel is very cozy. The room is spacious. clean. The beds are wide. Comfortable. There is a kettle. 0.5liters of water per person. Shampoos, gels, bathrobe, slippers. An extra bed was brought without extra charge.
The breakfasts are great! I didn't even expect that there would be so much! And everything is very tasty!
The staff is friendly, helpful
and the location is very convenient!
I recommend it! And if we go to Almaty again, we will stay at this hotel.
