Very cool location of the hotel. The window offers a beautiful view of the mountains. Quiet area, no noise from transport. A small spa center in the basement: two baths (Finnish and Turkish), a gym. Excellent breakfast, side dishes vary. The bar is open 24 hours a day. Magnum hypermarket is nearby. There were no questions about the accommodation at all. I liked everything. Thanks! If I visit Almaty next time, I will most likely stay at this hotel again.

Nice fresh rooms, super staff, great location. The breakfasts are rich, but monotonous) porridge is a dump))) I lived for 10 days, everything tripled, and the view into the wall didn't even bother me. If you're lucky, you can have a mountain view. There is an iron and ironing board on each floor.

The hotel is located near the city center. A large seven-storey building. There is a spa and sauna on the 1st floor. On the top floor there is a veranda with a view of the city. The room is large with 2 single beds, a large work area with sockets. There is 1 upholstered chair and an armchair. I had a view from the window overlooking the mountains, in the morning, it is very nice to see. There is a kettle and 2 types of tea - black and green, as well as 2 0.5 bottles of water every day. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom. There is an air conditioner and shampoo, as well as a dental kit and a hairdryer. The towels are large and comfortable. In the hallway there is a large wardrobe with slippers and a mini safe. I was very pleased with the buffet breakfast with a lot of local sweets, as well as fruits. 2 types of porridge, meat and cheese cuts, stewed and fried vegetables, as well as various pickled vegetables. Overall a great place.

Towels with the hotel's logo. The prices in the restaurant are reasonable. The food is acceptable. Alcohol, of course, is heavily marketed. I stayed for 4 days, I liked everything, polite and helpful staff, cleanliness of rooms and common areas. The breakfasts are delicious, everything is fresh. You can use the microwave (near the bar late at night or early in the morning). The room has everything you need (slippers, bathrobes, towels, hairdryer). A small disadvantage is that the water in the shower was not hot enough for me, but it can only be for me or temporarily ... in general, I recommend it. And be sure to go to the terrace on the 7th floor in the evening, a view of the TV tower, and if there is still a full moon, the beauty of the photo does not convey.

I am currently staying at this hotel, staying here for two weeks. I would like to note the attention and tact of the staff, all employees are great fellows. They relate to a 5* guest. The breakfast menu is very extensive, there is a balanced diet to choose from, you will definitely not leave breakfast hungry. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful and quiet place with mountain views. There is a balcony and a private terrace with a beautiful view. The hotel is very clean, everything is functioning, the beds/towels are clean, a pleasant floor covering (carpet) will provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay here. The rooms are warm, there are ironing boards on each floor (very convenient). There is also a spa (an excellent hammam) and a gym (for morning exercises and fitness support, that's the thing). In general, my rating is a confident 5+.

Very uncomfortable rooms next to the elevator : oversized people may have difficulty moving around the room. Bad Internet : constantly crashes and slow . And I was also surprised by the presence of Drunken guests already at breakfast . The location is good: there is a shop nearby. Taxis are not expensive and it takes 15-30 minutes to get to all the iconic places. The price is high, taking into account the noted non-amenities .
