The hotel is new, the location is excellent, near the park and the green bazaar. But there are flaws that may be fixed over time. The door in the room is beeping all the time, you need to re-open and close. The water in the room is not hot, it is barely warm in the morning and you can wash during the warm season, but it will be cold in winter, although it may be hotter in winter. The breakfast is good, but one coffee machine creates a queue, it is inconvenient to approach the food, there is little space and you also have to wait. If you don't pay attention to all of the above, the hotel is very good. I will definitely come back again to take it for myself, I will stay in it on a regular basis.

Great new hotel! The very center of the city, excellent price-quality ratio. Judging by the quality of plumbing and electronics, they didn't save money on repairs. The rooms with windows facing the street are a little noisy with the windows open, but nothing critical. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. Definitely, the highest rating and wishes for success!

For those who like new, clean, comfortable hotels. Delicious breakfast, excellent service! For an early departure, you can ask to prepare lunch boxes. If I return to Almaty, then only to this hotel!
