I started going to this salon in the spring of this year. At first, I really liked everything: the masters, the service, the interior and the location. But then the unsuccessful works of the masters began to slip through. And you don't have to do it once. There really are good craftsmen! But you need to remember who you went to and sign up specifically for this master.
Due to lack of time, I got to a new master every time and it was different every time. From the top manicure to peeling on the second day.
The last time I finally realized that I would not visit this salon anymore. Quite a decent price, the last time the manicure lasted 2.5 hours, they were afraid to draw a French jacket, they made a terrible shape (although I specifically asked).
I think that a salon of this level should correspond to it..but unfortunately it's not worth the money.
If you want to visit it, then only to certain, already verified, masters)

My acquaintance with the salon began like this: the salon administrator could not correctly orient where the salon was located. I had to call several times to figure out how to find it. Post the information "How to find you by video" on Instagram. I didn't like Master Ekaterina, she was rude in places, couldn't tell by the colors, did her manicure for almost 2.5 hours, after which I had to go to another salon the next day and redo it. The quality wants the best, the master could not give the shape, French was afraid to do it. There is a problem with the masters, as well as with the administrators. The salon itself is outwardly beautiful, but inside some kind of emptiness develops, there is no life, and the masters are gloomy. The administrator's face, the first impression is formed when you see him. The younger generation does not want to develop and improve their service. My review will help the salon to reconsider its shortcomings and become better. I wish you success and good quality service in working with the staff.

I came on the appointed day, but it turned out that my record simply does not exist! I am not in the database (although this is my third visit), time is busy, of course there are no masters. The girl at the counter did not offer any solutions to the situation, "since I did not get a call to confirm" the recording. All the plans were thwarted. Fix your website and don't offer online recording if it doesn't work!
