The employee refused to issue the order with the argument that we would not have time to pick it up, despite the fact that when we picked up the order a day later, it took only 3 minutes to complete. From this, we can only conclude that the employee who is on shift does not want to work, and we had to travel twice to get an order.
There are no questions about the website, the order and the quality of the goods, one star for this particular employee of the pick-up point.
It's a good pick-up point, there were questions about the company itself and the app, but this is different. Very kind people work at the point, they can even split the order if it has partially arrived, which is very nice, although they said on the phone that this could not be done. Conclusion - the point is cool, but the company has a lot of questions about the characteristics of the products and technical support.
