Unlike them, here, there is a slight overkill with customer orientation. If I ask in the order to check whether I have chosen the right spare parts for my car by VIN number, then if it is correct, then check and send me my order and do not need to call me and prove your professionalism, confirming the obvious. You're just wasting my time.
If I made a mistake, then please bother me.
And more... if your application indicates that the product is available at a certain price, then you do not need to call and tell me that the supplier refused you and raise the price "from another supplier". It is your problem to deal with suppliers, since you cannot ensure work with your suppliers. The price of the question was 5 rubles, but the impression was spoiled.

I bought an expensive oil filter for the car, but it does not fit. The refund period has passed. Answer: you have a non-original glass installed on the engine. I took 6.5 years in other places and everything fit. As I understand it, there is not much messing with spare parts .And this is not the first time. There is one picture on the website, and the spare part comes from another . The money for the filter will not be refunded, minus one customer!
