In this repair, I gave leather boots to sew zippers, as a result, after replacing the zippers, boots with a torn sole were returned. They responded to the claim against them with rudeness and sent them far away. For my protection, I recommend that clients make a video or photo of their shoes before handing over shoes for repair, because they do not issue any documents and acceptance certificates during acceptance.
