The laptop case was damaged and needed urgent repairs. I was afraid that this would not happen anymore, but they reassured me by saying that there are several options. After discussing all the details of the breakdown, the options were offered either to repair the case, or to order a new one and replace it. I decided to completely replace it, because the case was already not in the best condition, and the price was more than acceptable. All we had to do was wait for the right building to arrive. 1.5 weeks later, I was informed that the corps had arrived and I could come. There were some difficulties installing the case, which took a little more time, but after 3 days I received a ready-made and complete laptop.
Throughout the waiting period, I was kept informed of the process and answered quickly, which was nice)

I gave away a laptop for repair, which was given a "cross" in another workshop, as a result - a second wind. Everything is great!
The most irresponsible employee accepting orders.
I left a hard disk in this center for diagnostics. An employee of the center promised to do it within a week. A week later, I began to periodically ask via messenger how things were going with my hard drive, but the employee of this center did not respond. I also couldn't get through on the phone. Three weeks later, I finally got through and found out that the hard drive had not been touched, but they promised to look at it today and inform me about the results the next day, but no one called the next day and said nothing.
The employee started ignoring my messages in the messenger again. Communication with this "good" center was lost for another three weeks. Three weeks later, I got through to an employee and he replied, "We didn't do anything, another employee who was supposed to look at the hard drive got depressed." And when I said that I would come and get the hard drive now, the employee of the "good" center replied that he did not have time to look for it now, come back tomorrow. Anyway, I went and got it. And a very busy employee found the time to find it.
As a result, the product lay in their center for 42 days.
Wasted time and nerves.
They also do not issue any certificate of acceptance of the product for repair. It turns out that you are giving your product for repair without any guarantees for proper maintenance
