I want to share my negative experience of contacting a lawn mower repair service center. We gave the device back under warranty, and the first thing we were told was that everything was broken. In particular, we were told that the motor was completely defective and the knives were broken (which are iron for a minute, it's just very funny how iron knives could break). However, the knives were intact, with only minor scuffs from use.
In addition, we were informed about the breakdown of the plastic case and announced the total repair amount of 350 bel. rubles. After that, we consulted with another master, who assured us that we were being deceived.
After our call with a claim about the intention to complain, we received a second call from the service, where we were informed that the engine was not actually broken, but only one spare part needed to be replaced, and this turned out to be a warranty case already. Although there was no warranty case before that. As a result, instead of 350 bel. rubles, we paid only 40 bel. rubles for the repair of knives only! ( which also could not be replaced , but simply equalized )
I want to warn everyone: do not trust this service! They are trying to deceive customers and extort money. Be careful and check the information before agreeing to repair them!
