Today I changed the battery in the watch, I gave 12 rubles, in other watches I had to close the lid, they asked for 8 rubles. I went to the Builders, where the post office and the lid were closed and a new battery was installed for 8.50.So in comparison, the prices are expensive.

I came to shorten the strap. Not only did the "employee" ignore my presence, so he still found time to answer calls and solve his personal affairs. After a long wait, he finally paid attention to me. At my request, he replied that he did not see anything, how the links were attached there.Are you serious??!!! He doesn't see it!!!! I hope that the management will still think about customer orientation, looking at the estimates of this workshop.
They gave the Ray watch for repair, paid immediately, when it was time to pick them up, it turned out that there was nothing to take away - the watch had evaporated....the masters talked and behaved impudently, as a result they gave away some of the money, but of course they did not even cover half of the expenses...
A terrible workshop. I gave my grandfather's watch for repair, so these workers managed to lose their native pendulum and replaced it from other watches. The presented photos of the watch were ignored during the repair. I highly recommend it
Come back in a week there is no master! And who are you and what are you sitting there for? Then write a replacement for straps or batteries? You haven't even looked at what kind of quartz movement it is and which one it needs to be replaced with!
