The microwave was delayed for two weeks, promising to cope in a couple of days. At the same time, they did not call and did not report the delay in any way, I had to call them and find out how things were going with my microwave on my own. I gave it completely clean (see photo 1), I got it covered with fat and pieces of food (photo 2,3). And it's impossible to wipe it off. Most likely, something was being prepared in it after repairs were made. I ask you to conduct educational work with the staff that it is unprofessional to use the clients' equipment for their own purposes and give it dirty. It is a pity that I did not pay attention immediately, upon receipt, to the joy that I was finally being waxed by the microwave, but discovered a "surprise" only when I returned home. The second point: if you have too many orders, then you should not promise deadlines that are several times shorter than the actual ones. The quality of the repair is generally satisfactory, the microwave is working.
