The trip was St. Petersburg-Minsk 30.10 on 31.10.23, I had never had such a terrible trip in my life, firstly, there was no accompanying person, as it usually was, and drivers generally don't care who goes and how....There was a stop in Polotsk, after the border I fell asleep,when I woke up sleepy I got out at the bus stop,I asked the drivers if there was a toilet at the bus station, they also told me to go look, it should be, so I went, and when I got out, the bus left with my things,I have not experienced such horror yet,stay in an unfamiliar city at 5:15 am!!!Well, the taxi driver helped me get on the Polotsk-Minsk minibus, I constantly called the operator all the way, they called me back only at 8:00, they said that it was my fault that I got out, although you take responsibility for the passengers!!! It turns out that I paid you in full for the road, but I drove only half and not only to return the money for half the road, your drivers are also rude, they say they are not obliged to drive passengers on a rope! In short, after such a trip, I came to myself for a long time, I did not think that we could have such a boorish attitude.There is no desire to ride this carrier anymore.
