We stayed in apartment 8 from January 20 to January 23 of this year. Beautiful historical area, everything is within walking distance. Comfortable spacious apartment. Everything is clean, cozy, and warm. There is everything you need, including shower accessories. Quiet area, quiet neighbors. The landlord is friendly, polite, unobtrusive. The rental price corresponds to the living conditions. The two-room apartment is very convenient if someone next to you is snoring at night. 😉🤭

Convenient location, the center. We went to the competitions, the Sports Palace is located 10-15 minutes away on foot. Cafes and the Gallery shopping center are also within walking distance, where there is a food court on the 6th floor. The Italian Embassy is in the courtyard of the house, unusual 🙂 Parking is available in the courtyard. The apartment is decorated in loft style, quite cozy. The children and I were comfortable. The disadvantages are minor, the landlord was indicated. I think he'll take it into account. Good price-quality ratio.
