We rested here from April 20 to April 27, 2025. The territory of the hotel is large, beautiful, well maintained. The food is normal, the usual buffet without frills. The sea is warm, clean, interesting, rich in wildlife and reefs. There were no sharks. Then the disadvantages begin. We were given a room in building 6. On the outskirts, but with its own pool and slides. There's centuries-old dust in the lobby, and the floors haven't been washed in my presence. We go into the room. The safe does not work, the air conditioner blows in fan mode, does not cool. The bed linen is wrinkled, in pellets, it is difficult to determine whether it is fresh or from previous tenants. The towels are stained and stink musty. The curtains are dusty and stained. There is age-old dust on the balcony. Let's go to the dining room. There are no tablecloths on the tables, there are crumbs, stains, and pieces of food everywhere. There are no paper napkins on the tables, only one napkin, fork and knife are placed when serving. The dishes are dirty and stained with grease. I asked about the safe at the reception, they don't understand Russian, they turn away. To replace the safe, I had to strain the hotel guide and buy a tour. I wanted to change the room with a surcharge, the answer is the same - come back tomorrow, let's see what's available. So we lived to the end of the vacation without kondey, fortunately there was no wild heat.

The animation is simply top-notch, there is ice cream at lunch, and all sorts of goodies on the ground floor under the restaurant. I've been to Egypt many times, but this is the hotel I remember the most. Yes, entering the sea is not very good, and it is better to take corrals right away, and there is a bay there.
