We were at this hotel on tour, because it turned out to be more profitable than just a flight. If you're lucky with the room, but especially with the view. We wanted to change the room, but the first administrator did not make concessions to us, the second administrator, after rustling green bills in front of her, agreed to change the room, but after 2 days and alas, we could not realize this, because we left for 4 days in the center of Yucatan in a rented car, where we lived. This hotel has a rooftop relaxation area with a mini bar and a swimming pool, but the pool is shallow, you can't swim much, but there are a lot of sun beds and sun loungers where you can sunbathe. The bar is not free for everyone, drinks were paid with the rooms on the tour. The roof is not open around the clock, keep this in mind, you will not be able to sit there at night. The location is both a plus and a minus, as it is noisy, but still convenient, because the main street is close by. The sea and the beach are 15 minutes away at a leisurely pace, and they also give bracelets to the Martin Beach Beach club, where regular sun beds are available for free. The cleaning lady needs to leave tips, and even for them, she didn't leave enough towels and shower accessories every time. And by the way, on the very first day you will be asked to pay an environmental fee for living on the territory of Playa Del Carmen. Not all hotels ask for it, but here it's 100%. Well, the epogee of our comfort in this hotel was the last day when we were flooded from above. But I will say that in general, for such unassuming tourists and also rarely appearing at the hotel, this city hotel will do. But keep in mind, she is a little tired and may not be very lucky with the exit side of the windows. And if you like comfort, relaxation and relaxation in a hotel, choose something else.

The hotel is normal, it was worth the price. It was clean, but still some nuances spoiled the impression a little. Free beer was served on the roof from 12 to 18, but sometimes we waited until 13-14, and contacting the staff did not help. The pool was closed for four days due to repairs, which also upset me a little. They also held LGBT parties there :) it didn't bother us, but it will be a shock for someone) the breakfast is good, the staff is friendly. But the style of the hotel is certainly not suitable for everyone)

The atmosphere in the hotel is created for a holiday for two or a big noisy company: an eternal holiday. Music and dancing on the roof of the hotel by the pool all day long. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need. I liked everything, but it is clear that the crisis has affected the work - there are not enough staff. We went in 2021.
