Compact hotel, clean, cozy rooms, hearty breakfasts, but little variety and always cold, for this you need to get up for an early breakfast and not everything may be available. The rooms don't have enough bathroom accessories, you need to ask. Out of season, the hotel's terrace is not cleaned, all dusty and covered in cigarette butts, although people come up to admire the view. The location is convenient in the old town and is located on a hill. It's a bit difficult for adults to walk. The service is average, the staff needs to take inventory of the dishes in the rooms, as we had chipped glasses and cups. In general, it falls a little short for a 4-star hotel.
Nice hotel in the quiet center of Tbilisi. Within walking distance to the Sulfur baths! Cozy, clean rooms, friendly staff. There is one thing: the breakfast room is not designed for simultaneous visits, for example, 2 groups leaving in the morning. Then- collapse! The kitchen does not have time (not from wine!) Managers should think about what to do in such situations. And yet - during the afternoon check-in, European guests are noisy, despite the fact that the "hotel is sleeping", behave in the corridors and rooms. For 4*, it's not all good. Despite these disadvantages, on another visit to my beloved Tbilisi, I would like to stay here again. Good luck to the staff!
It's a great hotel. The view from the room was also great from the terrace. The breakfast is varied and very tasty. Everyone will find a dish to their liking. We left early in the morning, before breakfast. We warned the administrator in advance (it is necessary at least 24 hours in advance) and we packed a great breakfast with ourselves.
The staff is polite, you can contact them with any problem and everything is solved very quickly.
The location of the hotel is not a disadvantage)) When you eat a lot of delicious Georgian dishes and drink Georgian wine, climbing the hill to the hotel will keep your waistline)
