The toilet, and therefore the room, stinks of sewage. Another disadvantage is the hood adjacent to the rooms. One of our neighbors liked to smoke in the toilet in the morning and, of course, turned on the hood. And all the tobacco smoke was in our room. Everything else is at a high level.
