Всё понравилось, питание хорошее, всё свежее, разнообразие, аниматорам отдельное спасибо, с утра до вечера развлекали и взрослых и детей, пляж близко до тоннеля и на тук-туке 2 минуты, курсируют без остановки до 18.00. Уборка так себе, мы оставляли по доллару, сразу заметили прогресс, но качество скорее связано с тем, что убирают и вообще всё обслуживание только мужчины, женщин, которые работают на территории отеля не замечено. Персонал приветлив, особенное отношение к детям. Из отеля и налево через Клеопатру будет рынок, можно купить, что необходимо. Территория хорошая, ухоженная. 2 баса с подогревом взрослый и детский. Из минусов конечно наглый бармен и паленый алкоголь, пить это невозможно, был пойман за руку с тем, что мыл одноразовые стаканы, чем вызвал наш гнев. Таких людей нужно сразу убирать подальше, из за таких моментов портится мнение об отеле в целом. Съездили за алкоголем 1 раз в нааму на базар(автобус останавливается напротив выхода из отеля, можно такси) купили себе, что кто хотел, цены приятные, на любой вкус и цвет. Попадалась посуда со сколами. Интернет только лобби. Зубных наборов не предусмотрено. Но это такие мелочи по сравнению с красотой красного моря. При желании можно везде найти недостатки.

It's just paradise!!! It's a gorgeous place, a huge green area that you enjoy walking through. There are plenty of pools, there are noisy ones with animators and slides, there are calm ones without loud music and children's ones. Very friendly staff! The sea is gorgeous, be sure to buy a snorkeling mask - it's a very beautiful reef! Special thanks to the chefs!!! The menu is gorgeous, the dishes are original! Everything is very tasty! Lots of greens, all kinds of meat - chicken, beef, duck, cutlets and grilled fish!!! The whole team is doing great! Thank you very much!!! One of the disadvantages is the bed linen. It must be completely replaced in the entire hotel with a new one! It is not appropriate for such a hotel to make the laundry for guests in spools and with huge stains.(there are nuances, of course, but it's better not to pay attention to the quality of cleaning) And I didn't like the Ala Kart restaurant. We went to the Italian, one dirty waiter runs to all the guests, the conder does not work, mosquitoes bite, dirty tables next to the guests who left, drinks need to be asked (there is no wine in principle), they left, they did not even wait for pizza.
