We went on vacation from October 15 to 22, 2024, with a 7-year-old daughter. Positive impressions prevail: well-groomed territory, friendly staff, sooo varied food, good spa, beautiful sea, very lively and beautiful reef. We didn't get to the water park during the whole vacation. Of the shortcomings: tired rooms (friends had room 8170 - there is a fresh renovation) - it was no longer very good for us in 7202. The glass window in the bathroom is uncomfortably made - clearly opposite the toilet and with the light on - you are in the palm of your hand, for those in the room. I have not been very impressed with the children's club yet - there is very little time for which you can leave a child, they only draw and do crafts with them. For comparison, the Italian children's club took the children almost all day, fed them lunch, took them to the beach to sculpt castles, and to the kitchen to cook with the chef. Unfortunately, Russian-speaking children are not accepted - the animation speaks only Italian. It was also a surprise to see a large number of Ukrainians - fortunately without excesses, but I would like to understand this before arriving at the hotel. The listed disadvantages were not critical for us, so I leave 5 stars.

One of the disadvantages: the staff does not speak Russian. The hotel is under Italian management and, accordingly, 90% of the vacationers are Italians, all animation is in Italian. . The standard rooms are very "tired", new after renovation, only Deluxe rooms, but the price for them is much higher, which means you can already see other hotels of a higher category in Charm. But with all the disadvantages, the hotel is really decent. I would recommend it for a relaxing family vacation. It's a bit boring for young people.

Of the disadvantages:
- Specifically, our rooms needed renovation in a good way, entrance cards constantly stopped working (not only with us)
- We couldn't sleep with the air conditioner (it stupidly blows at a constant speed no matter what), we had to turn it off at night
- The pool in our room is also not the first freshness, unlike the central one
- The beach is very crowded. This is basically a common problem for Charm, but I've been to hotels where it was more comfortable
- Wi-Fi is bad, we bought a local SIM card
Given the relatively low price we paid for the hotel, in terms of price/quality ratio, I would rather recommend it, but you need to choose your room more carefully.

Good hotel, service for 5 people. We lived in the 4th building, near the restaurant and reception, a room with a garden view, everything was fine with us. The view from the room in the photo. Wi-Fi is everywhere, room cleaning is excellent, linen and towels are changed every day. The food is excellent, only beer is acceptable from alcoholic beverages. Evening animation is very weak, like amateur work in a pioneer camp), but after the sea and do not want entertainment, I just want to sleep. Don't be fooled by trips from the guide, it's expensive and there's nothing to worry about. Shops are within a 10-minute walk from the hotel, you can buy mangoes with you, everything will be packed. Unfortunately, the reef is almost dead, only the buoys have fish, if you go in from the shore, the pontoon has no fish(. The beach is like in Adler, everything is on top of each other, it is better to base yourself at the Colombo pool and go to the beach from there. However, if you have problems with your joints, keep in mind, it's a lot of walking up the stairs from the beach and to the beach, it's so much fun in the heat. I recommend the hotel, however, boorish inspections at the airport upon departure from Sharma greatly spoil the vacation experience.

We chose this hotel on three points: the beach, the reef, the food, and we were most satisfied with all of them.
The room was the most inexpensive, superior with a view of the garden. They are the furthest from the sea, but the balcony/terrace is not on the sunny side and it is always nice to sit on it. The room is normal, without any frills, but everything is working, cleaned every day, the hygiene kit is excellent. I would like to mention the bed separately: the perfect mattress and two different (!) by the rigidity of the pillow, which ensured a wonderful sleep. It took about 10 minutes to walk from our building (number 3) to the sea, but every 5 minutes there was a bus and there were no problems with it at all. The beach is comfortable, the sand goes on for a long time, the children splash around without corals. You can walk to the reef on a pontoon or swim on your own, the reef is the most picturesque, better than the one we went to separately (Ras Mohammed Reserve). She ate amazing, a lot of Italian dishes, everything was not overcooked, to the extent of spices. There is chicken and beef and seafood, and boiled and steamed and whatever you want in general, a huge selection of vegetables and desserts. In 10 days, I haven't got tired of it once. 80% of the vacationers are Italians, the waiters are more attentive to them, but we came across a very nice Abdullah, who quickly remembered us and our preferences and helped us with every meal until the end of the rest. In general, the staff is very friendly, most of them know a lot of phrases in Russian, they will always help with household issues. The animation is not super diverse, but we had enough morning exercises and zumba in the sea. In the evening, a concert or a show. The territory is well maintained, green, three communal restaurants, two free ala-maps, many small pools and a bar at each. The white wine is delicious, the beer is ordinary, strong alcohol is so-so, used cocktails are very sweet. Everything else is standard.
For us, 10/10, be sure to take a mask, slippers and swim and watch the fish.
P.S. Do not buy anything at the hotel, prices are 5-8 times higher than in the Mango market.

The Reef Oasis Beach Hotel was built 28 years ago..... the architecture of Egitskaya, taking into account tourists ... looks very beautiful and atmospheric, especially at night when the lights are turned on, since 2022 they have begun and almost completed the renovation of the entire hotel.... The rooms are also all renovated, new furniture ... food and drinks by Egite standards.... The score is five..... entertainment program (this is not Turkey (Belek)).. but the most important thing is the beach, or rather the sea, all this is located in the bay of winds and waves not when....... And coral reefs and many different types of fish should be seen..... There are a lot of small yachts sailing from other hotels, they are anchored and tourists swim and watch these reefs.... Now the Italians own this hotel, they have renovated it, the cuisine has become more European, there are a lot of Italian dishes..... if you compare it with 2021, the hotel has changed a lot for the better (thanks to the Italians) the territory is very large, there are no more buses, this is for the lazy..... I believe that the price and quality and the reef of this beach... is perhaps one of the best places for relaxation and comfort for tourists.....

We are currently relaxing at the Reef Oasis Beach Resort 5* hotel.
The hotel fully justifies its 5* and even more!
The room is great, large, cool balcony, comfortable beds, snow-white bed linen and towels. The water is hot in the shower, there are shampoos, gels, soaps, etc. Tea, coffee, and water are replenished every day. Cleaning is daily for 5+, they make beauty out of towels. Towels are changed at least every day in the room and on the beach.
Meal.
There is so much food and it is so delicious that it is simply impossible to stay in the same shape.. For every taste - meat, fish, many different vegetables, salads, a variety of soups and pastries. Beef, chicken, whole baked chickens, crabs, squid, octopus, also either duck or turkey whole often. There are always a lot of different fruits, melon, strawberries.
Omelette, scrambled eggs, toast, cupcakes are prepared for breakfast, you can't list everything. Delicious coffee, cappuccino, latte, any. Juices and teas are different. They don't let you get hungry on the beach either - pizza, burgers, tea, coffee, water, cola, etc. are constantly available. Many people drink alcohol and it seems to be different too. Desserts mmmm. There are many different ones. There is also an Indian restaurant and barbecue for free, marine paid. There are several restaurants where you can go, the menu varies slightly. The guys are waiters, bartenders are smart, they try, everything is fast, polite with a smile. My daughter broke the plate on the first day - they immediately removed it and reassured me that everything was okay. A lot of people speak Russian. There are a lot of Russians and Italians in the hotel.
Weather.
Despite December, the weather is very pleasant. It's hot in the sun, and it's pleasantly cool in the evening. The sea is incredibly beautiful here, according to not for the first time vacationers in Egypt, it is here that the most beautiful reef is. We saw stingrays, a puffer fish. There are turtles, octopuses, moray eels. The reef is beautiful and the fish are too, everything is very conveniently organized. There is diving on the beach, you can study and get a certificate.
Zumba on the beach in the water is a thrill! The guy is a lighter, a lot of energy and positivity! Instead of fitness💪
Strolls.
The territory of the hotel itself is huge, you can quite walk here, or you can go to the city, everything is nearby. A large Mango supermarket is a 15-minute walk away, there are low prices for souvenirs and a lot of other things. There is a beautiful Italian street nearby, a 20-minute walk away.
There are also many different excursions for every taste and budget.
The hotel has a spa, a beauty salon, and shops. Any issue is resolved quickly and efficiently.
To sum up, I recommend the hotel! I really like everything!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Egypt! From the very moment of arrival, we were greeted by a friendly team, ready to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The beach is just a fairy tale! It is sandy and pleasant to the touch, and the water in the sea is crystal clear and warm. But the real pearl is the reef! I have never seen such colorful corals and diverse marine life. Every day we went snorkeling and were amazed by the beauty of the underwater world: bright fish of all colors of the rainbow, graceful sea turtles and amazing corals — it was unforgettable!
The hotel's infrastructure is also excellent: cozy rooms, varied meals and plenty of entertainment for guests. In the evenings we enjoyed live music and dancing, and in the afternoon we relaxed by the pool or on the beach.
In general, this place is ideal for both a family vacation and a romantic weekend. We will definitely come back again!

From the first day of arrival to the very departure, the staff was very attentive and friendly. The food is at the highest level. I liked absolutely everything, the food for every whim. Animation works before lunch on the beach and after, in the evening near the bar. The bar is open until 00:00, delicious cocktails and absolutely normal beer. Pizza, burgers and French fries were served at the bar near the restaurant and at the beach bar. You will definitely not stay hungry. Our room was 3216, great! They give us a lot of water and replenish it with everything we need. Men clean up and of course you don't need to walk with a white cloth))) It was our first vacation and we really enjoyed it.

It's a cool hotel. There are a lot of Italians, so learn Italian during your stay, thanks to the animators who do various activities every day on the beach.

The most beautiful reef near this hotel! The huge ridge amazes with its variety ~ ideal for lovers of snorkeling and diving!
About the hotel: the territory is large and diverse, dozens of pools, many different plants. The hotel itself is tired, but they try to bring it to life right during the rest. Construction is underway on part of its territory (it is not critical, it is aside), something is greased, tinted daily. The rooms also require renovation. For the picky tourist ~ you can live.
Food: there is a lot and a variety of everything.
Fish, meat, chicken, vegetables, fruits, ice cream ~ you can always find preferences for yourself. Tip: there is a 2nd restaurant opposite the reception, where the chef is Italian and the food is tastier! There was mango on the dessert table every day (unlike the main restaurant), but there is also a small minus ~ this restaurant is without air conditioning, so (here is a plus!) there are always free tables))
Overall, I liked the hotel. Friendly staff, delicious food, large grounds and a fantastic reef (the best of my 6 previous hotels!)

We were in November for a week. The hotel itself is not bad, a large territory, a very good room, the Wi-Fi in the room works well, clean, renovated, fruits were brought, there is enough water. But there is one big disadvantage: the hotel does not have any normal juice from the bags at all. There are only soluble, powdered ones. And coffee, terribly tasteless coffee! Although the hotel is aimed at Italians!!! It's very strange. This upset us a lot, because we don't drink anything stronger than coffee. And more: mosquitoes! - Rum in the Piazza bar! The best employee of the hotel. I remembered my preferences, was always interested in what and how, brought drinks faster than I had time to say hello
-Excellent and large well-maintained territory
- A pool in every yard!
-Individual entrance to the room from the street and within walking distance (40 sec) of bars and restaurants. The room had a nice comfortable bed and pillows (this is the most important thing). The candy flowed on the last day, but we didn't care anymore. The closet is large, there is a place to stuff your clothes.

Minuses:
-Transparent toilet with a view of the bed. If you are embarrassed to poop in front of a lady, you will feel uncomfortable
- There is no animation. And if there is any activity, it is tailored to the Italians. There are even often some information messages only in Italian without duplication in ru/en. If they promise a disco for Russians, they will most likely be deceived)
- Some employees at the reception work hard, but in general there were not many problems
-Do not try to exchange/ withdraw a large amount of money through an ATM near the reception. He ate 10 pieces, slammed the door and closed "for prevention." Guest relation contacted the bank and the only way to get the chewed money is to go to the bank branch, which of course no one will do because of $ 10. But if he squeezes a cell, it will be a shame.
- The food was the same for all the days of the stay, there was absolutely no rotation.
- Italians who climb everywhere without waiting in line and are always given priority everywhere.

- I liked our accommodation (8213). On the ground floor of some buildings, I would not be comfortable sitting near my exit to the lawn right next to people walking along the road. I call it "exhibition and sale". To each his own.
- beautiful reef
- no wind on the beach (at least in the first half of the day)
- there is an electric car driving around the territory, you can drive it to and from the beach
- varied food (you won't stay hungry)
Minuses:
- diluted so-so wine in the restaurant (included). It reminded me of sour fruits.
- some waiters could have been with less sour faces. But this, apparently, is Ramadan and the human factor.
- we travel a lot, but this is the first hotel where I was not congratulated on my birthday on 12.03. I talked both at the restaurant and at the SPA. It's all the same, of course, but it's strange and unusual.

The main advantage of the hotel is the beach, there is a good sandy approach and a pontoon. The reef is alive, there are a lot of fish. The very polite and sympathetic staff has sunk into my heart, they will always ask if everything is good and like it, they remember you and your preferences. The food is delicious, at the end of the rest it becomes a little monotonous, although there is always beef and chicken, seafood and fish. We were also surprised by really delicious desserts. The rooms are average, but cozy and not off-putting. From alcohol, delicious beer, gin and tonic and mojito, the rest did not go in. There is a water park, an interesting variety of pastimes. The hotel is 4 stars, the fifth was recently rented, as we assumed due to repairs - when checking in, pay attention to the rooms under construction (between the reception and the sea on the left on the road to the sea) and do not check in in the immediate vicinity, because if for some reason you decide to stay in the room during the day, then your companion will be all day it will be....jackhammer and hammer drill. Rooms. They write that they are battered. Nothing like that (or we were so lucky). Relatively recent renovation in both rooms - 8225 and 8118. In one room 8118, the glass door to the bathroom only clicked loudly and the glass shower wall leaked into the room. Reef. It's beautiful here. If you decide to go on an excursion to Ras Mohammed (but it's better to leave this idea), then it will be obvious that the reef at the hotel is much more beautiful and no one (mostly) swims on your head. It is significant that 2-3 boats with individual diving come to the hotel reef. We met people who came to the reef oasis for the third time and partly understood them. When we went on excursions and gathered people from other hotels, many were pleasantly surprised by the well-groomed territory. The water park is about nothing) In general, I liked it very much, and this is with a skeptical attitude towards Egypt.

The Reef Oasis Hotel was visited from January 23 to February 5, 2025. The hotel is simply amazing. Deluxe room, furniture, plumbing are all new, daily cleaning, change of towels, two bottles of water 1.5 liters per person. The territory is large, well maintained, and beautiful. We have just returned from the hotel, we are completely satisfied with our stay and the hotel. A great atmosphere of goodwill and positivity. It fully complies with all the stated descriptions. I will not list it again, it is written in many reviews and the hotel card. I would like to express my great gratitude to the receptionist Mahmoud. Mahmoud, thank you so much for your help and support when checking out of the hotel. I found the phones of the Odeon guides, he called, talked, and gave me the phone. I got through to the operator of the Odeon hotline at night from my phone. He helped me put their numbers in my phone. An excellent specialist! But the receiving side of the Odeon, its guides, behaved very ugly, did not solve the issue of departure, replied that "I want to sleep", "what do you want from me", "good night", "the bus will come for you" and zero information. I also want to express my gratitude to the operator of the Odeon hotline, Alexandra. The girl joined in the solution of the issue in the middle of the night, informed about the flight postponement all night, sent a transfer to our hotel. Thanks to her, we were able to go home normally. Reef Oasis as a hotel is not responsible for the Odeon guides, but still it is necessary to monitor the quality of work of the staff who guide its guests.

We have just returned from a vacation in this wonderful hotel. It's just a wonderful oasis!!!! A city within a city, a huge, well-groomed, green (for Egypt-a big plus) territory, many swimming pools, a large number of two-storey houses, excellent rooms, polite and attentive staff, several restaurants where it is delicious and varied (thought out and distributed among the cuisines of the world, easy to navigate).
The beach is a separate song!!!
Entrance to the water of two types:

We arrived yesterday. There were 6 nights. Delight! We have something to compare it with! The owners are Italians. The staff is well-trained, the food is excellent - you definitely won't get hungry! Pizza is fried until 2 a.m.! The coffee is great! Local alcohol is fine! The rooms are modern with a full set of all attributes! Guests: one third are Russians, one third are from Italy, and one third are from Ukraine. There are enough screaming kids on the beach! But it doesn't bother everyone. We definitely recommend it!!!

Our favorite hotel!!! We visited it a second time and we don't want to change it anymore. The sea is wonderful, warm, we were in October, the weather is 34, the heat is pleasant. There are a lot of pools, you can't get around everything, but we came to the sea, a magnificent bay!!! Excellent attitude towards vacationers! Cleaning for 5!! Food for 10!!! Great hotel. Everything is good: beach, reef, territory, food.

The hotel is "focused" on Italians, maybe that's why everything is so decent.
