The hotel is nice.but the staff forgets everything.everything that was not asked for, was not done.They forgot.and they were reminded several times.but these are all small things, but unpleasant.They promised to make a cake for my birthday, but they forgot, and I was left without a candle or a wish.On the day of departure, they asked to change the departure time, but he didn't change it either, so they had to leave earlier and pack their things like electric brooms, otherwise they would have missed the plane..well, in short, I advise everyone to control the process, the Staff is so spoiled by tourists that they don't care about anything..and the location and cleanliness are great!and delicious breakfasts, although monotonous, but a large selection..

There are small nuances to the soul, there is no ventilation, you need to open a window, but it is vertically ventilated, it works fine, and there is no shower with a curtain anywhere in hotels, except for those where showers are cheaper. Breakfast is just great, tuna salad, local tortillas, juice, omelette, tea and coffee.....also fruits and fish or meat (chicken)
