We booked 3 rooms at the booking office, the booking office offered to accommodate one child under the age of 13 for free, upon check-in we indicated this and showed the information, we were told ok. On the second day, there was another administrator, he wanted to charge us +40€ for accommodation, we showed everything again, he said ok. On the third day, a stranger stops the children at the reception, introduces himself as the owner of the hotel and starts demanding this money from them, instead of talking to his parents, as a result, he screamed and waved his arms at all the submitted booking screenshots, and said that we were not going anywhere anyway and would pay him. The next day, our booking at the booking office was canceled because I said I would leave a review, and when I commented that you had cockroaches in your rooms, they performed chemical disinfection with the windows closed, without the possibility of changing rooms.
I think this is unfair to tourists and to the reviews that are listed here about the hotel. People need to know where they're going.
Polite employees who are ready to provide various assistance. The rooms are clean, the bed is spotless. The breakfasts are quite normal. We stayed there for 3 days.
