Great hotel. A large room. A huge bed with a comfortable mattress. The bathroom has a full set of sanitary facilities: a urinal, a toilet, a bathtub, a shower cabin. Room cleaning without complaints. Breakfast is included. There is an underground parking for bikes, although it has a separate entrance, but there are always places. All infrastructure is nearby. A beach with secured parking. Restaurants for every taste. The sapphire. Exchangers at every turn. Fruit stalls. Massages for every taste. In general, I recommend the hotel. 5+.

A very good basic hotel. Swedish breakfast line, mini pool, mini gym, 500 m from the beach. Luxury and Deluxe rooms with a declared "sea view" as such do not have a sea view due to the location of the hotel building, in fact they have a view of the hotel opposite one and a half meters from your window. Standard rooms have no windows at all. The room cleaning is extremely mediocre. The floor is never cleaned, be prepared to walk with black feet. Linen change - once every 4-5 days. There are no bathrobes or slippers. There is soap, a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel. Toilet, bathtub. the shower room is not cleaned at all during the stay. Tested empirically. The shower drain is always clogged, and a flood in the bathroom occurs every time you take a shower. Towels are changed every day, but the foot towel is brown in color, it is changed every 4 days. The air conditioning in the room is good and powerful. There is no hot water from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m. Solar panels are probably to blame for everything. SGX employees never!!! They do not pay attention to the "do not disturb" indicator light. They ring, knock and boldly enter the room for cleaning from about 10 to 14. The reception staff is very pleasant, many speak Russian and English. But not all of them. Sometimes communication is impossible. Be prepared for the fact that check-in is only from 14:00 and not a minute earlier. Also, be prepared for the fact that they will try to "stab" you immediately upon arrival, i.e. put you in a room with a category lower than you bought on the ticket. Be indignant and fight! The Vietnamese are tricky. They tried to put me in a room 1 category lower, and even with twin beds! I've been brawling for a long time. Then I waited 2 hours for the room to be prepared. And the room reservation was made a month before check-in. The smart-assed lady at the reception didn't want to give me another room until the last moment, she said that I could sleep on the 1st of the beds, and they allegedly didn't have free rooms with 1 large bed! With a room stock of about 300)) She got her way only through scandal. The hotel's pool is tiny, and there are 4 sun loungers nearby. I've never been able to find an empty chaise longue in 2 weeks. But the water in the pool is very cold and clean. The breakfasts on the Swedish line are very diverse, there are enough seats: 2 halls. At the reception, you can take a towel for the beach under the painting, you need to return it in the evening. The room is very dirty, there are a lot of black spots on the white walls, age-old dust on all surfaces, dirty floor, bed linen, though clean, but all patched. The decorative pillows are dirty, mine smelled like urine very strongly! In general, if you are visiting Vietnam for the first time, you should understand that this is a communist country that is unfamiliar with world standards of hospitality! The hotel claims to be a 4* but by international standards it is all 2* and no more. I declare this as a person who has been working in the hotel industry for more than 5 years. Vietnam recently joined the field of tourism and hospitality on the scale of civilization. This should be kept in mind. This will be the case in all hotels. Not only in this particular case. Friends, I have been traveling in Vietnam since 2007, from the very north of the country to the islands in the Gulf of Thailand. The situation I have described is typical for the whole of Vietnam. The probability of meeting international standards is only in very expensive 5* grids like Hilton, Sheraton, etc. It is on foreign grids, not on Vietnamese ones. Since I have lived more than once in the Vietnamese local 5*, and there are also many complaints there... But that's a completely different story. I want to end on a positive note, the greatest value of Vietnam is its people, who are very nice, welcoming, positive, smiling and sincerely willing to help you! And of course, the blue sea, sandy beaches, an environment of complete safety and comfort for solo travelers like me, gorgeous juicy ripe tropical fruits, delicious local cuisine, the freshest seafood, stunning ever-blooming trees! I sincerely wish you a pleasant stay in Vietnam!
