I was selling a laptop and their service-center called me to buy it with a price lower than I demanded, I agreed and traveled 2 hours to their service-center to sell it. They checked the laptop and everything was ok with it, we almost agreed on initial agreed price, but some guy appeared and offered a price much lower than the agreed price and sayed that they won't give more for that laptop.
Even though I once buyed from them an expensive laptop, this was much worse experience. Total waste of time and money due to their bad work organization.
I bought a Samsung A25 from Red Store as a gift, and I'm really impressed. The service was excellent, and the phone is exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly place to buy a phone!

I bought a charger for samsung about 3 months ago for 14,000, at home I found that the package was opened and the serial number was torn off. I thought, well, okay, the store is popular, it's unlikely that they will sell it, maybe they checked it themselves before selling it. As a result, when using the charging unit, a clear crackling sound came from it, after about 3 months it stopped charging normally, writes charging time of 6 hours, tried different cables, nothing helped. Even the charger with Wildberries for 4000 charges clearly and without extraneous sounds. I was very disappointed in the store. I do not recommend buying at least supposedly "original" chargers from them.
Upd. I wrote to them about the problem, they told me to come to the service center on Sayat nova 22. It's good that I saved the checks. The charger was replaced with another one on the spot, but for some reason they refused to give out the box.

After a week of hassle, I no longer blame the store - it will be a lesson to me that you need to read reviews before buying expensive goods in the first store you come across, in which employees do not even have uniforms and name badges (this is a separate part of the story). In short: I bought headphones, which broke down five days later, or rather, the microphone stopped working. I was sent to the service center, to Sayat-Nova 24, where an employee with a stone face, absolutely without any emotions, with his whole appearance expressing a disregard for the situation, said that he could not help in any way. They do not change the headphones, they do not repair them, they do not return the money, because this is a "hygienic product". But let me say, AirPods, which cost one and a half times more in this counter than in other stores, they change, you see, their policy does not apply to all types of "hygienic goods". Then I called the RA Consumer Support center, where the lawyers made it clear to me that this store, if I may say so, violated the law, and that this was not the first complaint against them. I turned to them again, but either the manager or the director was already connected, in a word, a guy dressed in a homemade sweater, with boorish behavior. When I wanted to know his name, he said he didn't want to have anything to do with me. So, this gentleman, "I don't want to have anything to do with you," repeatedly raised his voice at the client and turned to personalities during the dialogue. Honestly, this is the first time in my life that an organization has addressed me like this, I have never seen a manager who is the face of the company raise his voice and insult a client. Well, what kind of manager, such is the company, which, in principle, comes from the situation. And a bonus for those who read the review to the end will be a shocking shock: if you go and read about this counter on Google, then there, in addition to bots giving 5 stars and comments from the category of "super store, thank you", you can see a bunch of negative, carefully written reviews, both from Russian-speaking customers and from English-speaking ones. And what is not among these reviews is that they sold a repaired iPhone under the guise of a new one, then they were rude, then they sold the defective product again and could not help in any way. In short, my advice to you is to have respect for yourself, take care of your mental health and go around this place for the 5th kilometer.)

Interestingly, there was not a single customer in the store at that time. I'm the only one and several sellers.

Terrible treatment of customers by the seller of the lower department. He is rude, does not want to work, the devices are not original, with Chinese spare parts.
I bought an Apple Magic Mouse 3 on December 5 as a gift to my husband, it's his birthday today. I gave it to them, opened the package and it turned out that there was another product there - Apple Magic Mouse 2, although the receipt and the amount and the warranty card were issued for the 3rd model. I called the store with a request to send a courier, since I live in Dilijan and went to Yerevan specifically for a gift. The result: the boorish attitude of the managers, no apologies, no step towards solving the problem. Now I have to take the mouse to their store, even though I'm without a car and the taxi amount is half the purchase amount. Such is the birthday. They ruined the mood for both me and my husband.
Also, at the end of the conversations, the phone was hung up.
