We stayed at this hotel from December 14th to December 25th, 2024. This hotel was created only for overnight stays and that's it. They don't clean well (they sweep clean), they only make the bed (they don't change it! Not once!) . On the first day there were two towels, the next one for two ... ..eh... these breakfasts ... it makes no sense to take them because they give out a lunch box and the same thing (cabbage, cucumber, tomato, boiled egg, ham wrapped in a tube and sausage. Juice is a small jar... they've never heard of variety here!!!) I think if you take hotels without breakfast, you will even win.
There are no chairs, there is simply nowhere to put them. Folding table. The window is small, has not been washed for a long time, opens 10 centimeters. There is no balcony, the TV is flat and everything is on. There is no refrigerator. There is no water. But there's a safe that you don't fucking need.
The PLUS one is the location. 5-7 minutes to the sea . I'm waiting for you everywhere. There are cafes, smoothies, fruits, ice cream and cannabis on every corner. (But again, alas, from 1.01.2025 they want to cancel it.)
I had a rest from 09/15/24 to 09/26/24. I'll start with a good one. They did not ask for a deposit upon check-in. They settled in immediately, without red tape. They gave me a key card, pointed towards the elevator and go check in. The first time I saw that the elevator does not go up until you put the key in the elevator itself. The number was 410. I met the maid near the next room. She saw that I was taking off my shoes near the room (I thought the floor was clean, but sand was sticking to my feet, I had to put on my shoes), the next day the floor was washed or swept. The room is small, but quite passable for one. It looks modern. I took 2 additional hangers from home. The safe is free, it is quite possible to use it. There are no chairs, there is simply nowhere to put them. The table is folding. The window is small, has not been washed for a long time, it opens about 10 centimeters. The TV is flat. Russian Russian channels 2 and one more with a translation into Russian. But our channels very often hang up for a long time, unlike the others. The bathroom is good. Spacious, unlike the room. There were always 2 large towels. They always changed it, if they did not refuse to clean it. There was also something soapy in the dispensers. Toilet paper is in abundance. Only thanks to the maid! I bought a breakfast tour, which I really regretted (I read the reviews too late). You need to go down to the reception for him. I came, they gave me a paper bag and a paper cup, which contained a bag of coffee, a tea bag and a disposable spoon. I chose tea. They poured boiling water, had to stop and it turned out a little more than half a glass. With this, you need to manage to attach a card in the elevator and open the room. I got there safely. But breakfast amazed me! 4 pieces of toasted bread, with corn salad smeared on it, which made the bread crumble. Between the other pieces were a lettuce leaf and a cherry tomato cut into erasers. They put it in the corners of a piece of bread.. And on the next piece there were 2 thin pieces of something, like sausage, under them again the same salad. They didn't even offer sugar for tea, but I like sweet. She went downstairs. I said that I refuse breakfast and ask for at least some of the money back. We were very surprised. They asked me what kind of breakfast I wanted. She said they were edible! They didn't understand. I had to clarify that something was hot and at least some fruit. I said I wouldn't take any more breakfasts. Of course, no one returned the money to me. The most interesting thing is that the hotel DOES NOT GIVE A DROP OF DRINKING WATER TO THE ROOM!!! And there is NO REFRIGERATOR in the room for one!!!This is the first time I've seen this in 15 years of traveling. Since the room overlooks the second street, the lull does not last long (from about 3.30 am to 5 am). The location of the hotel is not bad. It's not far from the sea. The hotel has no territory, only parking in front of it. There is no pool, no balconies. The hallway is terribly stuffy, while walking from the elevator to the room, it seems like in a steam room. If you still have the opportunity to visit Phuket, I will definitely not choose this hotel!
We had a rest in early February. The room has everything you need: refrigerator, hairdryer, safe. There were no problems with hot water. But our windows faced the main street, and the double-glazed windows here have no winter mode (so I had to sleep in earplugs, it's very noisy outside until morning.Cleaning is done every day, the room is clean enough, the bed linen is good.It took 10 minutes to reach the sea. Nearby there is everything you need to eat: cafes, cafes with Russian cuisine, a pharmacy, a grocery store.
