Dear owners and workers of Red Man Cafe,
I thank you for the experience of putting me through a great test of my abilities to stay human, which is so precious in the hard times we live in.
It started with the trial by hunger —waiting around 40 minutes for my dish was delightful. You also gently reminded me that high expectations lead to painful heartbreaks; that is how I felt when I finally got exactly what I ordered: two boiled eggs, half of an avocado, toast, some greens (parsley?), and sour cream. I wish I had taken a picture of it (in a state of shock, it didn't cross my mind), but in this case, you don't really need much imagination; it looked like a stock image of everything listed above .
I am grateful for the price of 30 lari for the lifelong experience of the mistake I made when I ate that food instead of returning it. Mistakes make us wiser, and after visiting Red Man Cafe, I came out truly enlightened.
For everybody else reading this, if you are looking for a sharp, life-changing experience — please, don't hesitate to visit Red Man Cafe, and you will never have your heart broken again (but you probably will lose the ability to feel joy for some time).
